Prologue

Minecraft Evolution.

Their first server.

A fun server where they hopped from update to update.

Everything was fine.

At least, until it came.

What was it?

A voice.

The voice.

The voice would whisper lies to the players.

Lies that caused huge rivalry's to start. 

Lies that gave a glitch power. 

The power of a player, but with other glitch-like abilities.

Stronger than a glitch, but not exactly a player. This glitch had the ability to teleport at will and could influence code like an admin.

This glitch got its power from negative emotions. With every bit of anger or sorrow, the glitch got stronger, allowing it to whisper more thoughts into players' ears that he could feed off of. 

It was a never-ending loop. 

This glitch's name is 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101.

01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 used the anger of the players on Evo against them.

To have more power, it could either feed off an admin or feed off somebody that used to be an admin. Players that used to be admins still had some control over the server's code, and that was all 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 needed. 

01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 was a glitch but didn't want to be. 

You see, 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 wasn't always a glitch. It was first code created by Notch to take the place of admin, but the power given to 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 corrupted it and caused it to go evil.

Now, 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 haunts servers that use the updates before it was removed.

It did this for a while.

Then came Evo, a server where the players would slowly update. 

This offered so many opportunities to 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101. Since the players of Evo updated a couple of versions at a time, 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 could attach its code to the admin and get access to the new updates. 

This was great news for 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101, as it could have access to so many new players. It started to feed off all the players on Evo. 

You see, 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 had a plan. It would kill most of the players on Evo, which would cause the admin (who would be the last player alive) to flee to another server, allowing it access to more servers of which it could prey on.

The reason it didn't want to take severs from the players on Evo was because it wasn't strong enough yet, and after it fed off the players on Evo, the players would have probably ghosted their friends from other servers.

So, 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 would just kill them.

And, just like that, arguments ensued.

The admin felt the chaos build.

It hurt them to see their friends fighting.

They also heard the voice telling them lies.

One day, they just snapped.

A prank (set up by 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101) nearly caused them to die.

The signs said that the prank was from Taurtis.

In retaliation, they set up a prank that was likely to kill Tautris.

That was all 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 needed.

It told all of them to go to the coordinates 666 66 -666.

Then, it waited.

And when they came, it attacked them.

Chaos followed.

It was so wonderful.

At least, to 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 it was.

But it was terrifying to the admin.

They watched as everyone ran around, trying to fight this, this creature.

And they knew it was their fault.

After all, they were the admin. It was their job to protect the server.

And they had failed.

They should have stopped the unknown code.

And they didn't even SEE this intruder.

Really, it was all their fault.

And now everyone was dying.

Because of them.

Why were they so stupid?

They tried to fight with their friends, but they were thrown back by a shield of code created by the attacker.

They knew who it was.

It was supposed to be a myth, a creepypasta.

But it wasn't. It was right in front of them.

They watched all of their friends die, powerless to do anything, as they were trapped by code that they couldn't change. Then it spoke.

"Look, Admin. All your friends are dead. And you couldn't save them. Really, what a terrible admin. Now you're the last one left. What will you do, Admin?" 

They felt the code around them dissolve, and they were faced with a decision. Should they fight or run?

They weighed their options carefully.

On one hand, they wanted to fight. It was the only way they could avenge their friends.

On the other hand, all of the others together couldn't fight it, and they were terrible at PVP.

In the end, they decided to run.

They couldn't fight it on their own.

They ran as fast as they could hoping to run away to a server that was safe.

Behind them, 01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 smirked. This was going exactly as planned.

01001000 01100101 01110010 01101111 01100010 01110010 01101001 01101110 01100101 attached itself to the admin and watched them run. It masked its presence, so the admin wouldn't notice.

And they didn't.

Sure they felt him enter his mind, but they brushed it aside, thinking that it was the wind. They were too focused on running. They needed to run fast.

They ran far, running into new chunks along the way.

Eventually, they found a portal that would take them to another server.

They didn't know what server it was, but they needed to get out of Evo immediately.

They looked around to make sure there wasn't anyone there and jumped straight into the portal that would take them to their new server.

So that's the prologue. I'm not that good at writing, so it's probably terrible. Poor person, whoever it is. Also, I chose binary for the glitch's name because all it is is code. So binary.
