Adrien sat on his bed. It had been a few days since Ladybug has last visited him.

He was still somewhat ignoring Marinette at school, only talking to her when school required it. He still had to heal and he had a feeling it would take a long time.

He was used to feeling lonely, but Marinette's rejection made it worse. He longed for affection and for the touch of another person. Both in a sexual and non-sexual way.

Adrien had pent up frustration and he felt a little guilty when Ladybug crossed his mind. Her last two visits actually made him feel better. He enjoyed her slight affection more than he should.

Did she like him? Adrien shook his head. No, there was no way Ladybug would like him. They didn't even know each other. Well, Ladybug didn't know Adrien, she only knew Chat.

Then he remembered Ladybug saying Chat hurt her unintentionally. Did that mean she liked him, as in, Chat? Adrien shook his head again. No, they were just playful. Perhaps he said a joke that made her upset.

He sighed as he nervously scrolled aimlessly through his phone. Adrien didn't want to admit it, but he was waiting for Ladybug. He really wanted her to show up.

He wanted her to show up so he could hold her and feel that human connection. Once more, he felt guilty. In a way, he was just using her as a replacement for Marinette.

He was about to give up and go to bed when he heard a soft knock. He quickly looked up and saw Ladybug standing there sheepishly.

The moonlight gave her a soft glow and made her pale skin and bright blue eyes stand out against the darkness of her suit. Adrien swallowed before standing up and walking over to this window and letting her in.

This time he didn't step back. Ladybug stayed glued to the window. If she moved, she'd be chest to chest with Adrien.

Adrien wanted that, that's why he hadn't moved away. Ladybug looked away, a blush forming on her cheeks.

"H-hi," she breathed out quietly.

"Hey..."

They both stood there awkwardly, neither not knowing what to say. Feeling like he might be making her uncomfortable, Adrien took a few steps back, allowing her to move from the window.

"I-I hope I d-didn't wake you u-up," she said softly.

"You didn't, I was up."

She turned to look up at him, "You were?" Why would he be up so late? Was he waiting for her?

Adrien nodded. "Why are you out so late?"

"Just patrolling," she responded.

Adrien hummed in response. They both continued to stand there awkwardly, not knowing what to do.

Once more, Ladybug broke the silence first. "Are you feeling better?" she asked.

Adrien shrugged, "A little, it still hurts to see her every day at school. At least she sits behind me and not in front of me."

Adrien's green eyes locked with her blue eyes. "Do you want to sit?" he asked, motioning to his couch.

"S-sure," she stuttered out. They both walked to the couch and sat on opposite sides. Adrien made sure to sit far enough to not make her uncomfortable. This was her third time visiting him and he wasn't sure if she'd continue. He sure as hell wanted her to and he didn't want to ruin it by making her uncomfortable.

Ladybug placed her hands on her lap, her face flushed. Adrien looked over at her but she stared at her lap.

"Can I get a hug?" he asked. Ladybug looked up at him, surprised. A hug?
