Marinette felt much more relaxed knowing she wasn't pregnant. She did end up booking an appointment with her gynecologist and had her questions answered.

Her late period was due to stress, so she didn't have to worry about it.

As for sex, her gynecologist told her she was still protected as long as she took her pills. Condoms weren't necessary, but if it made her feel safer, she could use them.

Marinette wasn't sure whether to use them or not. She had only had sex with him once. Maybe they could try again that weekend. Her period was over, meaning they could have sex.

She felt a shiver run down her spine thinking about having sex with Adrien again. She felt the blood rush up to her cheeks and she quickly shook the thoughts away.

"You ok?" Alya asked Marinette as she sat down.

Marinette nodded, "Y-yeah, I'm fine."

It was Friday, meaning she'd get to see Adrien the following day.

"I'm glad we're halfway through the stupid project. I hate how long it is," Alya sighed.

"Yeah, just a few more meetings and we'll be done, though!" Marinette smiled.

Nino leaned back in his chair, "Man, I hope so. I'm sick of this project. How long have we been working on this?"

"Way too long," Alya muttered.

Adrien stepped into the room, giving his friends a warm smile before sitting down.

"What are you guys talking about?" he asked.

"The stupid project," Alya responded.

"Can't wait to get it over with, man," Nino shook his head.

Adrien chuckled, "Don't worry guys, we'll get there soon."

"We heading out to lunch today?" Nino asked, wanting to change the subject.

"You guys can come over to my place," Marinette spoke. "My mom always makes too much food. She'll be glad to have you guys over."

"Hell yeah! I love your mom's cooking!" Alya grinned.

"Hell yeah, dudette!"

"Sure, I'm fine with that," Adrien smiled.

Marinette nodded, "Ok, it's settled. I'll send her a quick text telling her, anyway."

She took out her phone and was able to type out a text just in time before Ms. Bustier started the class.

Once lunchtime rolled around, the group of friends walked across the street to Marinette's place.

Marinette opened the bakery door and stepped in, her friends following behind.

Sabine smiled from behind the counter, "I'm so glad you kids could come! Head on up, the food is ready. Tom and I are too busy to join right now."

"Ok, mama," Marinette spoke, passing by her mom and walking up the stairs.

Nino, Alya, and Adrien said a thank you as they walked by her.

"Your parents are always so busy," Alya spoke.

"Yeah, but we still get to spend a lot of time together," Marinette replied.

As Marinette opened the door to the main part of the apartment, Nino pushed past her.

"Man, I'm starving," he said, putting his backpack down and heading for the food.
