Marinette arrived home, her heart beating wildly in her chest. Chat was holding her! She let her transformation off and Tikki flew off to get ready for bed.

Marinette went through her nightly routine, her thoughts running wild. Chat was holding her for quite a bit and he got flustered!

Did that mean he was forming feelings for her? The thought made Marinette's heart flutter and the heat rise up to her cheeks.

Or maybe he was just getting attached because she gave up herself to him. The thought made Marinette's chest hurt. He wouldn't use her, right?

But then again, she was deceiving him. Maybe she deserved it.

Marinette shook her head, swallowing back tears that had formed.

She sighed and made her way to bed. She didn't know how to feel, she was so confused.

It was now Saturday and the group of friends was at Adrien's to continue the project. Thanks to Nino's idea to start ahead, they were ahead of most of the class.

The friends all had outlines for what they wanted to do and now it was time to look for them to look into their needed sources.

"As interesting as it is to learn about Ancient Greece, I think I may have gotten the hardest part," Marinette sighed.

"I'm glad you took it, good luck Mari," Nino chuckled. Alya chuckled too.

"You'll be fine Mari, you always do good in projects," she spoke.

"Yeah but beliefs include both religious beliefs and their mythologies," she huffed. "They intertwine but they're still two different things."

Alya placed a hand on Marinette's shoulder and gave her a sympathetic look.

After about half an hour of working, Alya picked up her phone and gasped. The group turned to look at her, all with concerned looks.

"What's wrong?" Adrien asked.

Alya sighed, a little too overdramatically. Marinette was getting suspicious.

"I completely forgot I had something!" she spoke.

"But we had this planned since last week," Marinette raised a brow.

"I know I know! But I forgot about this since I made the promise to do this other thing a few weeks ago!" Alya pouted.

Marinette wasn't buying it for one second but the boys were.

"Do you need a ride? I'll drive you, babe," Nino spoke up.

Alya smiled and batted her lashes, "Yes, thank you, Nino!"

Alya turned to look at Marinette once the boys looked away. Marinette sent her a glare but Alya just winked with an evil grin.

Nino got his keys and the couple made their way out. "I'll be back soon!" Nino called out as he was leaving.

"I guess that leaves just us," Marinette laughed awkwardly.

Adrien turned to look at her. Marinette felt the heat rise up to her cheeks so she quickly turned away. It had been a few days since they had slept together. She hadn't had time to see him as Ladybug. She'd seen him at school the rest of the week but it felt different now. She was alone with him in his room. Thoughts of the night they shared flooded to her mind and she shook her head, desperately trying to rid of those thoughts.
