Marinette walked out of the restroom, her face flushed.

As she walked over to her friends, Alya was quick to notice.

"You good, girl?" she asked.

Marinette nodded quickly, "Yup! Just got a text from mama, you know how she is! Always saying her embarrassing things."

Alya looked at her for a moment before bursting into laughter, "Mama Sabine always has something to say that'll embarrass you, even if no one's listening!"

Marinette laughed awkwardly before making her way to her spot on the bed.

"Do you guys want a snack?" Adrien asked, leaning back in his chair.

"Of course! Who doesn't want snacks?!" Alya beamed.

Nino rolled his eyes, "It'll probably be fruit and other healthy shit. You think his old man would have anything good? Nah."

"Fruits can be sweet, I love strawberries," Marinette chirped.

"Either way, a snack is a snack!" Alya grinned.

Adrien took out his phone and sent Nathalie a text, asking if snacks could be brought to the room.

Moments later, a chef knocked on the door, Nino opening it for him.

He rolled in a cart full of different fruits and veggies. To their surprise, even some cookies.

"Cookies?!" Nino excitedly ran to the cart.

"Nino, I think those are oatmeal cookies," Marinette spoke, looking at them closely.

"What? Bummer," Nino muttered, grabbing a banana and sitting back down on the bed.

Alya and Marinette giggled.

"They're not so bad!" Alya spoke, grabbing the plate of cookies.

Marinette grabbed some strawberries while Adrien grabbed an apple.

They snacked away until their break time was up and started back on the project.

"You know, I noticed you seemed a lot better today," Adrien spoke as Alya and Nino left the room, their group project session ending.

Marinette turned to him, a soft blush on her face.

"Y-yeah, I felt much better this week."

"I'm glad whatever was bothering you stopped," he smiled. "I'm still here in case you want to talk about it."

"It's fine, really," she smiled. "Well, see you Monday!"

"Bye!"

.

Marinette excitedly got ready to go to Adrien's. She made sure her parents were asleep and waited for the cover of night.

She called out her transformation, the familiar red suit covering her like a second skin.

Climbing out of the trap door, she swung out across the Paris night sky.

She reached the all too familiar window and enters. Adrien stopped closing it at some point. The weather allowed it and it made it easier for both of them.

As she stepped in, Adrien walked over to her.

He grabbed her hand and brought it up to his lips, giving it a soft kiss. She giggled, a small blush on her face.
