Chapter 12- Isaiah's Past

Isaiah's POV

You guys are probably thinking who am I?
I am a Hero who is going to save lots of lives. I know there is Finn the Hero, but he is oblivious of the situation some creatures are in. I decided to become a Hero back when my friend was killed when the She-Devil came into my humble village. She took away my friend's life and also the girl who I loved also. She wiped my people and my home village. For that I cannot forgive her.

--------------------------------------------------Flashback-----------------------------------------

It was a foggy summer here in Ooo. My village is called "Caleb Hills Village" where people work to get their needs. You could say it was a hard-working village, all of us were very proud of the village we had constructed a decade ago. I was carrying two large buckets of water with my friend, Derek. He and I work in the farm where we fed animals water for a certain amount of money.

"Hey Derek, don't you think it's too foggy today?" I questioned him. Derek looked at me with a 'really?' kind of face. While were talking about stupid things, Derek and I felt the ground shaking. Derek quickly dropped the buckets of water and went to the floor in panic, "Ahh! Quick, Isaiah come to the floor!".

I ignored him because there was something strange far from where I was from. I squinted a little and immediately recognized that strange thing. It was the Princess of the Candy Kingdom, Princess Bubblegum, with her army of Banana Guards. I looked at Derek in confusion and ask, "Derek, why do you think Princess Bubblegum is here?". He got up and saw that is was her there standing and smiling...creepily. Derek cupped his hands together around his mouth and shouted loudly " Excuse me Princess, why are you here?!". The Princess stared at Derek with a blank expression and then snap her fingers. I was confused of why she snapped her fingers, when suddenly an arrow came into my direction. I didn't notice the arrow until Derek shouted while running into me, "Isaiah get out the way!!". Before I knew it, there was Derek on my arms coughing out blood while unable breathe good. He had the arrow right into his heart. I stared at him with a angry and sad look.

"Derek, you idiot! Why?!", I yelled at him while tears were flowing on my face. He gave me a weak smile and with a croak voice he said,"Go find Rosy and kill the She-Devil". Those were his last words before he slowly closed his eyes and stopped breathing on my arms. The Princess smiled and walked where I was. She kneeled down and whispered, " Better be ready, before you know it, no one is there for you". I slowly lift up my head where here face was, I whimper as a response. I knew what I had to do, go find Rosy. I ran away from her leaving Derek's dead body. I knew I didn't have time to get him but I have to find Rosy before they kill her. I ran into some tree branches and slide into some hill. I saw Rosy's house and quickly ran into her front door. I grab hold of the doorknob and jerked it but it would move. I step back from the door and kick it as I can. When the door collapsed onto the floor. Inside was dusty and when I came across a wall...it was covered in blood.

"What happened?". I heard a moan from upstairs and went up to search for that voice. I found the room a that voice was from a nervously open the door slowly. I saw Rosy on her bed, covered with blood, cuts on her legs and wrists. Rosy looked at me and said, "Isaiah, please help me".
