*No, its not a cringey story (not completely anyway), and no she doesn't forgive him too easily (he has to fight for it - literally). So give it a chance, okay?*

Alpha-to-be Cole Emerson loves his laid back life and will do anything to keep it that way; even if it means rejecting his soul mate.

Livy Holden is the quiet girl who keeps her head down and tries to avoid confrontation. On Cole's eighteenth birthday both he and Livy are shocked to discover that they're mates. Rejected by Cole and replaced by her cousin, Livy flees the pack in the hopes that she can disappear from her life and be forgotten.

Livy lands in New Jersey and meets Tate Peters - Alpha to an elite pack of wolves who are eager to take Livy in. But Livy's new life begins to unravel when she is forced to return back home to Oregon and back to Cole. But this time she isn't alone and Cole isn't the only one who has moved on.

Great story!

*Highest rating is 5

Storyline (Non-romantic Plot) - (4/5) 💣💣💣💣 (The plot was kinda overshadowed by the mate drama in the middle, but its good.)

Smut - (2/5) 🍦🍦🍦🍦 (Nah, all good 👍, PG-13, I think.)

Writing and Grammar - (4/5)📝📝📝📝 (Great one, just the occasional typos here and there, but not too much.)

Character Descriptions and Development - (4/5) 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️ (A-mazing, of I love the badass females! Running faster than a literal bullet, thats a cherry on the cake! Its realistic (not overly badass - that just becomes cringey).

The character development of the male protagonist (haha, which one? *wriggles eyebrows*) is not really believable around the ending few chapters.

Sure, he's doing good stuff, but you gotta take in account that he's an alpha nonetheless, he cant just run around the pack all day for the rest of his life, who'll do his work? (I was pissed at this which I'm sure you can tell)

But that's just my opinion. *shrugs*)

Alpha obnoxiousness level - (1.5/5) (He did reject her, but both the alpha males were quite sweet and bearable (mostly) and the regret n love they showed melted my heart, so, a good rating.

*pats their heads*)

Overall score: 82%

A/N Honestly though, I am running out of good werewolf books to read. I've been through like 6 in the past week and only this one was good (there was another, but I got so frustrated that I left it around the 14th chapter.

But then, you must have an ending, so I skipped to the end and HOLY JESUS the ending was so awesome that it totally justified the 25 chapters of madness inducing frustration you have to go through.

That review is coming soon.
