I woke up catching my breath because of a nightmare, sobrang gulo ng buhok ko and can't even half of my eye. But then, I was excited to see if may text ba galing kay Jelly but there's none pero nag text naman sa akin si Jillian.

Jung #2

Good morning beautiful, don't
be late. AGAIN LOL.

Napangiti ako sa text ni Jillian only to find out how true this is!!! Dahil sobrang late na talaga ako. Hindi na ako nagreply kay Jillian, tumayo at inayos ko na ang higaan ko. After a while naligo na ako at nagbihis and went straight up to school.

Habang nakasakay ako sa Jeep ay hindi ko maiwasang isipin na everything is going back to its place again, Jelly having a girlfriend and the reality that I would never be better than her.

Pagkarating ko sa school it was the normal vibes, groups of people having chit chat with their friends, meron din grupo na sobrang stress because of their projects. Here I am the tardy one.  Binilisan ko na ang paglalakad hanggang sa makarating ako sa klase.

"Ms. Villafuerte how am I not surprise na late ka nanaman? At dinamay mo pa si Jung sa tardiness mo. Sit down!" Our Professor said and everyone in the class was silent, yumuko lamang ako habang papunta sa kung saan nakaupo si Jelly.

I smiled at her pero hindi man lang ito tumingin sa akin.

"Good morning Palaman Buddy." I said.

"Morning." She said in return, what a cold morning we have here.

Nakinig na lamang ako sa discussion ng Professor namin and again bumabawi na lamang ako sa mga recitations and other stuff kasi alam ko hindi ko ma peperfect ang attendance ko.

Tumitingin naman ako kay Jelly from time to time but she's not even looking at me, even just a bit. Para bang hindi niya ako kilala sa sobrang firm and stiff niyang umupo. I can't help but think that maybe all of what happened yesterday ay wala lang sa kanya.

Matapos ang dalawang oras ng diskusyon ay natapos na rin ang klase. Everyone was heading out including Jelly kaya mas lalo kong binilisan na ayusin ang gamit ko.

"Villafuerte and Jung, I need 10 minutes of your time. I know that you really did great on the last project so I'm going to pair you again for one project for being late today." Mr. Canavough, again surprised me with a project.

Which means mas makakasama ko nanaman si Jelly.

"But Mr. Canavough — " Jelly said as if she doesn't want to be paired with me pero mahirap naman if I would jump into a conclusion.

"No buts, here's the project you have to work on and kindly pass that one for next week okay? I'm leaving." Mr. Canavough left at kami nalang ni Jelly ang naiwan.
