Woah it didn't take me two months to upload again. Yey.

Elisa was thoroughly pissed. Although, she did have a reason for it – Liam had been around her house for three hours now and hadn't let up on the teasing for more than ten minutes. And he didn't plan on letting up any time soon. To the teenager, it was so obvious that Elisa was very appreciative of the new kid on the block; however, El refused to admit it.
After playing on Elisa's console for a bit, Liam tried for a final time to get it out of her. "Look, come on El. You aren't fooling anyone, you like him. I would have thought out of all people you'd tell me."
"Ugh, you're so damn annoying. Can't you just drop anything?" Said Elisa, her tone slightly irritated but also amused.
"Nope," Liam replied, popping the 'p', "You're either gonna admit it or I'm not going home."
"Alright! Fine, dammit, I like him." El exclaimed, done with Liam's teasing.
"AHA! I knew it! So... what do you like about him?" The teenager responded with a smug grin on his face.
"Oh for god's sake Liam! Can't me just telling you the truth be enough? Why do you need to know my life story?" Elisa said, groaning at how irritating Liam was being.
"Because I'm an amazing human and you love me?" Replied the boy, a smirk on his face. Elisa laughed.
"God, I don't think it's possible to feel an emotion more different than love that what I feel towards you. You don't exactly give off vibes that make me want to kiss you – rather vibes that make me want to show your head into a boiling pot of water." El replied, and Liam put a fake look of shock on, before sighing as he got a text.
"Let me guess – your father wants you home?" The girl asked, smiling.
"Thank God, a reason to leave at last!" Liam cheered, mocking Elisa. "Oh, wait – did I say that out loud?" He teased.
"Go home to daddy, prick." Was all the girl responded, and Liam left her bedroom roaring with laughter.
After saying goodbye to Elisa's parents, Liam put in his earphones and started listening to music, getting ready for the 20-minute walk home. It hadn't been the smartest idea walking straight to El's house after school, but the boy had been determined to get the truth out of her. And anyway, he had music to listen to, and everything's better with music.

As Liam flopped onto his bed, he had a sudden thought. Since talking to Jack two days ago, he had only glimpsed the boy at school – he'd been so busy with talking to Elisa, and then pissing Elisa off, he had totally forgotten about Jack. The teenager pulled out his phone, and dialled Jack's number. It rang a few times before he picked up.
"Hey Liam." Said Jack, his tired voice coming through the ear piece.
"Hey Jack. Sorry about not talking to you recently. I just got so caught up with Elisa-" Liam started, but he was promptly stopped.
"Dude, it's fine. Speaking of Elisa, how'd that go? I saw you two at school earlier." Jack replied.
"Yeah, it went well. She was a bit shocked, as anyone would be." A hum of agreement from Jack. "And she definitely doesn't forgive you, so I suggest you stay away for a couple of days. But, she isn't so I'm-going-to-slaughter-your-family angry." Liam said, and the teenager on the other end audibly sighed of relief.
"Thank God. I was scared of that version of her. You must be a damn good friend if she even listened to you." Jack said, a slight tone of sadness in his voice. "Anyway, enough of this: what'd you think of the new kid?"
"He was actually pretty cool. His name's Luke, and he's really damn tall, but don't let that fool you – kid's shy as fuck. Elisa walked into him, and he blushed. And get this: Elisa blushed as well." Liam said, exaggerating the last words like they were some crazy revelation. And honestly, they sort of were.
"WHAT?!" Jack said, the call cutting out momentarily he was so loud. "Did I hear you right? You're telling me Elisa blushed? The Elisa I know?" He said, part in mocking but also in genuine shock.
"Yep, the Elisa you know blushed. Granted, part of that was probably because she fell on her arse, but I would say Luke definitely had some influence over that." Liam said, just as excited about this new emotion Elisa had shown them.
"I would have paid good money to see that." Jack said, laughing. "You don't think that Elisa likes Luke? I mean, she's just met him so I highly doubt it." Jack ended curiously, but Liam could hear a slight undertone of jealousy. And as he still hadn't fully forgiven the teenager, he decided to tell the truth.
"I think she does. The whole time she was following him like a puppy follows its owner – it was hilarious. And when she bumped into Luke, as he helped her up she only blushed brighter. I think she might be really into him." Liam said, slightly emphasising what he actually knew, but he was enjoying it.
"Wait, are you serious? You better not be pissing me off because I swear to God..." Jack said, and Liam thought maybe he'd gone too far.
Then he thought nah, fuck it and decided to really annoy the kid.
"Of course I'm serious mate. Why wouldn't I be? She can do what she wants, it's not like she's dating anyone else." Liam said, adding the last bit just for spite.
And he didn't regret it.
"Can you not bring up her relationships please?!" Jack shouted. Oh no, he was angry. "I'm fully aware I messed the fuck up but I don't need to be constantly reminded!" He continued, almost screaming the last part. And then Jack hung up.
Ok, so maybe Liam did regret it a little bit.
Scrap that, Liam had seriously fucked up.
Panicking, the boy called Jack's number, desperate to apologise.
