It was another awful week for me. I am sitting in a chair in the living room as pathetic as I could be. Honestly, I'm just listening to the radio for good music. Not even Disney (le gasp. Roman ain't himself. Although he can listen to other music.. But still! *Gasp*) After a song called 'Ride It' plays, I hear 'In My Blood' by Shawn Mendes and start sobbing uncontrollably.
Help me, it's like the walls are caving inSometimes I feel like giving upBut I just can'tIt isn't in my blood
This is too close to comfort! This song is too relatable to me!.
"Are you alright Princey?" A familiar guy asks me.
Virgil. He heard me crying... I must've disturbed him.
"I-I'm sorry Emo Nightmare... I didn't mean to disturb you." I manage to say before collapsing into his lap still sobbing.
"Sir sing a lot, what's wrong? You're not usually in this bad of a mood. Please tell me." Virgil says stroking my hair.
Laying on the bathroom floor, feeling nothingI'm overwhelmed and insecure, give me somethingI could take to ease my mind slowlyJust have a drink and you'll feel betterJust take her home and you'll feel betterKeep telling me that it gets betterDoes it ever?
I sniff and look up at Virgil who is worried.
"Do you ever think... that I am you know invisible.. People seem interested in you more. (Don't worry Roman, I like ya and I am sure there are others that appreciate you) It's like I was never important..." I admit. I tell him everything even the parts where I didn't know happened.
Virgil hugs me and cries as well.
"Don't ever think that Prince Charming. We all love you. I do adore you. Remember??? That's why we're together sir sing a lot" He sniffs.
I continue to cry holding onto Virgil's arm.
"Don't let go. Please don't leave me now." I beg softly.
Virgil nods and holds me tight. We eventually fall asleep.
