Chapter 1

We are happy to be in the City. They say the war was awful. That rest of the world was some what destroyed. The founders built the wall too keep us safe, they divided us into five groups, factions, to keep us at peace.

Group S, the ones who value knowledge and logic are in Erudite. They know absolutely everything.

Group A, They're all about kindness and harmony....always happy.

Group C, value honesty and order. They tell the truth even when you wish they wouldn't

And the theres Group D....they're our protectors, our soldiers, our police. I always thought they were incredible.
Brave, fearless and free.
Some people think Group D are crazy, which, if i am honest, they kinda are

My faction is Group B. Others call us "Stiffs". We lead a simple life, selfless, dedicated to helping others.
We even help the Factionless, the ones who don't fit in anywhere.
Because we're public servants, were trusted to run the government my father works along side our leader, Jackson Wang (I'm sorry forgive me 😂)
It all works, everyone knows where they belong. Except me

Mum: Are you nervous?

Y/n: No. were you? For your test?

Mum: Oh no. I was terrified.

We both laugh. She's cutting my hair for the test. As it was too long

Mum: But I didn't have any reason to be and be neither should you.
Right that's all you get, rules are rules

Today I take the test. I'm scared to it'll tell me I'm not Group B. That's I'll have to leave my family. But I'm even more scared it'll tell me to stay. But for my brother, Namjoon, it's easy.

Namjoon: let me help you with that.

He said whilst running to help a lady with heavy bags

He's a natural

Namjoon: Y/n do you wanna get the other bags?

Y/n: sorry

Namjoon: what if she'd been blind? Would you have helped her then?

Y/n: I was thinking about helping her

Namjoon: it's not that hard

Y/n: for you, maybe! *sigh* relax y/n, just take deep breathes.
I whispered the last part. The test will tell me who I am.
