Chapter 16

'this isnt real' i say as i plunge my head under water. i start swimming in the what i thought was a puddle but is now a pond. i continue to swim until i find myself in a glass box with water filling it up. i start banging on the glass, hoping someone will come save me. No one comes. i look down to realize that it's almost full. i take a deep breathe and go underwater. i need to find a way out, maybe taping on the glass? i start doing it, the glass starts cracking.

i wake up gasping for air.

V: How'd you do that?

y/n: What?

V: how did you break the glass?

y/n: id ont know, i just, did it

V: you just did it? *sighs* what were your test results?

y/n: Group B

V: i dont think so.

y/n: what?

V: i think you're lying to me

y/n: why would i lie to you?

V: im gonna ask you one more time, what were your test results?

y/n: Group B

V sighs frustratingly.

V: my brother was like you. He got really good really fast during stage 2. Last day of the simulations, a leader decided to watch him. Then the next morning his body was found at the bottom of the pit. They got rid of him

y/n: who?

V: the group D leadership! you cant let them find out about you

y/n: what if they already have?

V: then you're already dead.

y/n: Im in trouble

Namjoon: what happened?

y/n: im not gonna make it at Group D. I dont fit in there

Namjoon: But you have to

y/n: i cant! im just....not like them

Namjoon: Who is? They're all crazy.

y/n: Maybe i can go back back to group B

Namjoon: you cant go back

y/n: I know, i know, but

Namjoon: They certanly wont let you

Y/n: who?

Namjoon: Group E (Aka group S)

y/n: *scoffs* they really think they're running the goverment now.

Namjoon: They might be soon

y/n: wait, what?! seriously?

Namjoon: Group E should be in charge definetly not Group B

y/n: Namjoon! hold on! how can you just say that?

Namjoon: Its what all the other factions want, now that Group B has failed

y/n: That's just what they're telling you!

Namjoon: Its true!

y/n: It's not!

a man shushes us

we both sigh

Y/n: Namjoon, please listen. There are liars here. They know how to manipulate you.

Namjoon: *sighs* i think you should go Y/n, faction before blood, remember?

y/n: ugh yes

???(lady who told us she knew about our test result): Hey! K.C! here, come have a little chat with me.

i turn around to see Namjoon already gone, dick. i go over to were the lady is sitting
