Episode 35: A two year's promise

Karma's POV

Someone knocked on the door.

Shane:"Can I come in?"

Amy:"Yeah come in"

He walked in with a big smirk on his face.

Karma:"What are you smiling about?"

He got out his phone and showed me a picture of a guy in a bow tie holding flowers.

Karma:"Is that Duke, he's cute"

Amy looked offended.

Karma:"Chill out beautiful, you know I only have eyes for you"

She smiled at me.

Amy:"He's indeed cute, not Karma cute but cute"

I smiled at Amy. Shane looked at us.

Shane:"So as I was saying, he sent me this for christmas"

He was smiling from ear to ear.

Amy:"Our little Shane has a crush"

He was blushing.

Shane:"So, how is your nose doing?"

Karma:"I'm fine, I guess a prince's kiss really helps, well a princess's kiss"

Amy:"Yeah they say I am a good kisser"

Karma:"They?"

Amy:"Well just you"

We laughed.

Shane:"Hello, I am still in the room"

Karma:"We know, so Amy gets to leave tomorrow, and we are going to Reagan's"

Shane:"But our stuff?"

Karma:"Reagan has got that covered"

Shane:"Good cause if I see his fucking face again I swear I'm gonna-"

Karma:"Don't, I want to forget about him"

Shane:"I get that, I'll leave you two girls alone"

Karma:"See you later?"

He nodded as he closed the door behind him.

Amy:"Can you give me my bag, it's over there"

She pointed at the chair standing next to the door. I grabbed it and gave it to her. A small box fell out of it. I picked it up.

Amy:"Don't open that"

Karma:"Why not?"

Amy:"Please just trust me"

I looked at her and handed the box.

Amy:"Thanks"

Karma:"Sure I trust you"

I kissed her. She deepened the kiss. I pulled back and she closed her eyes slowly. I kissed her forehead.

Karma:"You go to sleep"

She smiled at me and closed her eyes. Her bag was on the chair next to her. I waited till she fell asleep and grabbed the small box out of it. I walked outside to look at it. I opened it and saw a ring, a promise ring. She bought me a ring. She really wanted to marry me. It all happened too fast as I realised Lauren stood next to me.

Lauren:"Are you getting married?"

Karma:"Uhm I don't know, I found it in her bag"

Lauren:"Put it back, what if she sees you grabbed it"
