Erin was 5 months pregnant and had gotten pretty attached to Liam. He was still staying with me and Erin  because Hank talks to DCFS to let me come stay with us until they find him a permanent place I think Erin likes Liam being her so today I'm gonna ask if she wants to keep Liam for good and Liam has already built a relationship with me and her so it didn't but seem like a bad idea. "Hey, baby what are you thinking about." Ok, so I want to know is  how you fell about Liam staying with us for good. Like us becoming his parents. Ya Look at it he like it here and he already trusts us so much and you can just tell how much you  loves being him and every time you see him and he runs up to you your face just melts I already talk to Hank about it and he talk to DCFS they said that if you're on board we could adopt him and he could be ours by next week so what do you say. "Jay is going to be a lot with this baby coming but I Believe in us because when I first got pregnant I was scared out of my mind and just wanted to run from it but then you stuck by my side and you just kept telling me that everything's gonna to be OK and now everything is OK so I would love to adopt Liam." OK I'll call him and let him know and he can set up a meeting with DCFS tomorrow we can sign the papers I love erin Camille Lindsay Voight. I love you two Jay Halstead

H: no problem kiddo the people form DCFS is here for you to sign the paper to adopt him

E: as soon as jay and I got done sign the paper we walked out of hank office

E: we signed the papers
DCFS: ok so there is one more step before everything is complete.
J: ok what is it
DCFS: I have to do a search up on your house see where you guy keep you guns thing like that.
J: ok when can we do that
DCFS: we can do it today if you like
E: that grate does 3:00 sound ok

E: he was trying to get one of his toy off the   Shelf come in
DCFS: ok let start with Liam room
J: sure Liam this is Grace from DCFS she's going to take a look around your room
L: are you here to take me away
DCFS: no I'm not her to take you away Lima but do you not want to stay here
L: no I like it here with Erin and jay they make me happy
DCFS: ok that good. Know can you show me where are you put your guns
J: ya we put both of our guns in this lockbox on the side oh or bed
DCFS: ok everything looks good so I am proud to say that you are now Liam's parents.

L: so your my mom and dad now
J: yeah buddy are you OK with that
L: ya

E: hey buddy it ok I'm happy that you called me mom Was there something I could help with
L: So if Your my mom now is that my baby sister or brother
E: ya but we don't know the gender yet we have an appointment tomorrow do you want to come

J: well Liam is sleeping how are you felling
E: fine jay the baby is moving a lot more than normal today but ok
