Day one

It was about 2:30 in the afternoon and I and jay had decided to take been to see Dr. Charles today he been sleeping with me and jay for the past week afraid of losing me or jay but I think their more to him jay not wanting to lose us. I think he keeps replying to the image of me getting shot in front of him. Not to mention that   He can't keep living in fear and he can't sleep with us forever because between Noah how for some reason hates sleeping and I don't know why I thought baby's love to sleep but not Noah we put him done and it about an hour before he stops play with Whatever is in his crib and go to sleep. I do have to say that he sleeps dying that night so thank god for that but we lima was still waking up in the middle of the night and having a Panic attack and me jay and especially Lima could not keep living like this.

J: hey  Lima buddy it time to wake up

J: ya it I come on let's go get you washed up and get some fresh close on  that are not all sweaty
L: ok can you wait for me
J: sure buddy just let me talk to mommy
E: hey the appointment with Dr. is at 4:30 
J: ok that good I called hank to watch Noah   For us
E: ok jay I'm really worried about him
J: ya so am I come let get ready to go

C: Erin jay nice to see you again same to you Liam 
L: hi
C: hi come let go into my office ..... so lima your mom and dad have told me that you have had song trouble sleeping.
L: I guess
C: well can you tell me why you don't what to sleep by your self
L: I'm scared
C: of what
L: losing my mom again
C: can you tell me what you think about when you are in your own room

C: can I ask what happened  in your nightmare
L: I don't  want to talks about this anymore can we pleas go, mommy,

J: hey Lima it ok to talk about it me and your mom what to help can you please tell us 
L: i-it reminds me of when my  family being killed
C: ok is that why you been sleeping with you ki and you dad
L: yes I don't what to lose time of my baby brother
C: ok I and your parents are going to step out for. A minute is that ok
L: can my mom stay
C: I really need  to talk to the both can I have your uncle will come to stay in him with you
L: um ya just don't take long mommy

C: Lima might have PTSD this is most definitely not to go on its own recommend send me he comes in to have a therapy session with me Monday and Fridays. How is the I. School
J: we have not been able to get him to go we drop him off and then we get a call an hour later say he had a major panic attack asking for us we eventually just go get them and bring them back to work with us.
C: ok I what to suggest try getting him to go back to school slowly like maybe he only goes for three hours and then you pick them up no more then 4 thought he is still experiencing trauma and we do not want to overwhelm him my fear and worry right now is that he's going to shut down and if he shuts down it's going to be extremely hard to help him so we want to get him back to doing thing slow 
E: ok what about hi sleeping with us and the nightmare
C: for now continue to let him sleep with him want to have him stay in his safe place so don't force him to sleep alone if he doesn't want to now just start with getting them but like I said go for an hour maybe to no more than four once we have that down pat then start transitioning into him gone for a full day and we will go from there.
J: ok thank you
C: ya no problem I'll see you guy on Friday and I know you guy have worked so I am able to do house calls as well and instead of you guys coming here I can always meet you guys at your apartment which I want to try it might help it might make him open up a little bit more if he's in a familiar environment like his bedroom or your guises room where his brother's room somewhere that he is familiar with and knows very well.
E: ya no problem.
W:  hey erin Lima does look too good you need to get in here
E: Lima buddy can you talk to me

E: ok breath at your ok I'm here. What where you guy talking about
W:  I asked if he was ok and he just stared into space and then start freaking out.
J: ok thx
W: ya
C: Lima can you tell me what happens in your head when will just ask if you were ok
L: no no no stop make it stop
C: Lima make what stop
L: the memories
C: the memories when you're family die
L: yes yes just make them go away I don't like it
C: ok jay your mind..... Seeing erin gets shot made him remember what happens when his biology family was killed be for he had blocked those memories which is what most kids do actually and which is why after a month he was able to get over and go back to a kind of living as a normal.
J: ok so he has PTSD
C: yes I don't what you to let him know that you have it I want to talk to him get onto his level with this
J: ok thx
