I was at work and the kid was at school as normal I was a little distracted and out of sorts because my father showed up again and I was not so sure how to fell I was doing paperwork and we were all a bit sick of just having paperwork to do a wanted to get it out of the way  Al when in vacation with his family which is something we've never thought we see al do.

Ok, we got a case we are going to raid a house that has cocaine cut with carfentanyl ever one in all black we roll out in 10.

H: well my daughter passed out at a Daughter today was acting off yesterday and is pushing people that are close to her away. Erin when is the last time you have eaten

E: uhh ya ever since he showed up the nightmares are back all I've been able to think about Is me as a kid and how he used to beat me. You know I would part someone would come to save me and I could not fight he off because he was bigger this o was and I would just sit there and let happen I would let him rape me because I didn't what him to hit me again and I begged for him to stop and bunny  just let happened at this point I was sobbing

H: Erin you stop talking and breath  you have to breathe and relax you going to pass out aging

H: ok look at me you do t need to be around the kids in this state of mind so I will talk to jay have him pick up the kid and take them home you are going to eat something and stay with me until you calm down

H: Erin your not and there are certain things that set you off right now and if one of the kids does something watching a show or something happens and you get upset they're not gonna know that's wrong and they're going to get scared I know you you've been my daughter for the past 25 years and I know that until your mind settles they are going to be the thing that triggers you. I also think you are under tons and tons of stress don't think of it as babysitting think of it is taking a break. And you are going to eat something.
