Hey there cuties. How are you? Good? That's great to hear!! :) If you're not feeling that good though, hope things get better soon because I promise, things always do get better. Hmm, so yesterday I created new covers for all of the stories in this Jamie Dornan series... there is another one to come after this. I was just wondering if you wanted a prologue book showing how Liv and Matt went, and how she moved, met Jack, and became best friends with Jamie. If you have any thoughts on that leave a comment either inline with this or a whole comment at the end entitled "Prologue book" with your thoughts. Thank you. Getting back to business, this chapter's song is "I Want You To Know" by Zedd and featuring Selena Gomez.❤

*Matt's P.O.V.*
"You're crazy. Do you know that, Lloyd?" Olivia smiles up at me in taxi as we are being driven to the place we first met twelve and a half years ago. I merely just take her hand and hold it in my lap; letting her head rest on my shoulder considering she is jet lag and is three hours ahead of Vancouver time. "It's only four thirty in the morning and you're taking me on a date." She lets out a drained yawn; her arm then linking with mine as she gently hums along to The Vamps on the taxi radio.
"Maybe so, but it's why you really love me. I mean, who else would fly you out to the first place you met and take you out on a date there at four in the morning?" I nudge her delicately, placing my arm around her shoulder and looking out of her window. "It's so beautiful. I think we might have to sit and watch the sunrise when we get there." My lips gently kiss her blue hair.
"True there, Smurfy." She lets out here cute giggle that I fell for twelve or so years ago, "Also, I'd love to watch the sunrise with you. I've seen the sunset with you, so I might as well see it rise with my big Smurfy." Liv leans up and kisses my pale cheek just as the taxi stops outside our desired destination. I let out a sigh of content, pay the lady driver, and open Liv's door; undoing her seatbelt afterwards so she can climb out. I follow her out to notice her body shivering.
"Here, take this. Don't want you getting cold now. It's cold enough up there as it is." I remove my thick hoodie; opening it out for her. "Open your arms, you numpty," I chuckle at her and thread her arms through the sleeves of the jacket; zipping it up once I've finished. "Come on you; let's get up there before it rises." I take her hand and her backpack, leading her inside the worn-down building that is still un-owned. We walk in via the fire escape and walk up the seventeen flights of stairs until we reach the roof door. "Ladies first." I move back to allow her gateway to the door.
"Why thank you, kind sir," She turns the rusty key formerly placing her hand on the doorknob, pushing it outwards; a swift breeze hitting us both as we walk out further ono the roof. "Just how I remember it, cold yet o so magical." Olivia grabs hold of my hand even tighter, pulling me out to the concrete ledge. "This is going to be beautiful." She beams, pulling a chair out for me to sit on.
"Not as beautiful as you though," I sit on the chair and place the grey backpack by it; my arms then pulling her down and letting her sit in between my legs. My hands going into the hoodie pockets as my chin rests on her shoulder and kisses it gently. I look out and over the horizon before noticing the sun come up, "Here we go, baby." I murmur against her cheek; kissing it delicately.
"This is the best date ever, apart from the ridiculous time." Liv gazes up at me, her blue fringe covering her left eye. "Thank you." Olivia then shifts her body so she is set on my lap with her legs dangling over one side and her arms around my neck.
"You are welcome, my darling girl." I look over at the beautiful, passion fruit pink sunrise afore asking Liv a question that has been bugging me for a few days now, "What would happen if I and April moved over to London with you?" My beautiful world then looks up with me; raising an eyebrow.
"Why... that would be amazing! But, you'd have to get a visa and transfer April's school." She stammers nervously, then raises her eyebrow higher before realizing what she is doing and letting a light and cute giggle. "If you really think you could do it though, I'd happily house the pair of you. I live alone and it would be nice to have some company around." She hugs me hard before it starts to rain. "You'd have to get used to the rain though, it's always raining back in England." She jokes half-heartedly.
"I think I could get used to it though... care to dance?" I shift so we are both standing, my hand taking hers so we can dance, "May I have this dance, Miss Smith?"
"Indeed you can, Mr Lloyd." She giggles and removes the hoodie; throwing it on the floor and placing her hands in the right position to perform the waltz. "You simply are the best, Matt." She lets me take the lead as she looks up into my eyes causing my heart to melt. "One thing though, make that Mrs Olivia Lloyd." Her hand that was originally placed on my shoulder goes to the back of my neck to pull my head down to kiss me.
"I do," I murmur against her soft lips as I dip her wet body down; my hands moving to her lower back to support her weight. "This should be the other way round. I should be the one proposing to you."
"There is no right way to do it. I am a feminist and believe that women should have equal amounts of rights as men, meaning women can also propose." She winks as I spin her around; the rain dripping down both our bodies.
"Oh, whatever; are you sure you're not going to get cold feet this time? I mean one hundred percent sure." I pull her back into my arms and run my left hand through her tangled and smurf blue hair.
"I...I'm sure..." She once more wraps her arms around my neck sending a tingle down my spine.
I give out the biggest smirk and place my hand on the side of her sodden, and wet face, "Why might that be then, Miss Smith?"
"It's because you're Matthew Lloyd the game producer from North Carolina. It's because you're my Smurf and you have never hurt me."
"And I never intend on hurting you. I know about your past. I know about Stuart and what he taught you to believe. I know about how one simple pushback could mean rock bottom for you. I don't want to be the one creating the mess. I want to be the one helping you through the mess, and helping you fight the mess away." I cut her out before she can speak, my lips moving in sync with hers. "Come on, I wannna show you something." I break away after gently biting her lip; bending down to pick up the drenched hoodie and bag.
"Oh, I bet you do." She follows behind me as I wander off the roof top and down to a bedroom that we once set up twelve years ago. I open the cold door; my eyes looking back at her with so much love.
"Still in mint condition! I put everything away in these here boxes after you left." My hands place the dripping items down; my legs bending down to the boxes level.
"That was very thoughtful of you." She smiles ever so gently, with a slight edge, as she walks past and goes into the bedside drawer. She rummages for a bit, before pulling out a ring box containing the decade of ring I once bought her. "One of us had better wear one, I suppose." She holds the delicate piece of metal in between two of her fingers.
"Allow me, Miss Smith." My body shifts so I'm kneeling at her height beside the bed. My shaking hands tumbling to place the ring on her left finger. "A beautiful ring for a beautiful lady." I breathe before getting entangled with so much passion once more with my wife to be.
