I still couldn't wrap my mind around the fact that my niece, my perfect, behaved niece had the guts to leave a punishment. And all because of that Thai girl. I never liked her and never will. I knew it would have been a mistake to let Jisoo enroll in this institute as well, but I thought she would have never befriended her and the two would have never found out that they knew each other.

I was sitting in my office staring at a photo of Jisoo and Lalisa «You're so going to regret coming against me and turning my niece on me, little girl. I have more control over your pathetic life, so much more than you think.»
A knock on my door interrupted my thinking as I welcomed the principal in, who asked me «Ma'am, your husband called to know when you'll go back home.»
«Tell him I won't be able to leave the institute until everything will be back in line and until I'm done with my niece, Miss Kim, Miss Park and mostly Miss Manoban.»
The principal nodded and turned around about to go out, but seemed to have a rethinking because he turned to me and sat on a chair in front of my desk «Don't you think Miss Manoban payed enough for whatever she did? She was just a baby back then what can she have done? Why do you loathe her like this? It's against mine and my staff morals hurt someone who doesn't deserve it and to that extent. It could leave some serious damage and I really feel guilty.»
I scoffed annoyed «That girl is a disgrace since the first time she stepped into my niece's life. I still remember the first time Jisoo introduced her to me. It was already a couple of weeks they were hanging out.»

*Flashback to 2 years old Lisa and 4 years old Jisoo*

I was working on some papers to send to another company about some settlements we were proposing when a small knock on my door distracted me «Come in.» I said emotionless, but a smile appeared on my face as I saw my younger niece Jisoo «Hello sweetheart, are you done with your daily homework?»
She shook her head and said «I'm going to end them later. I'm here to introduce my new best friend! May she come in?» I nodded, trying to figure out if I recently had visitors with their child coming here but I didn't remember any «Come in Lili! I want you to know my amazing grandmother.»

As soon as Jisoo walked back in with a small hand in hers, my eyes widened as I took in the girl's aspect, she was petite and tiny, her dark brown hair disheveled and with leaves in it, her white shirt and pink overalls with stains of dirt, grass and God's know what else.
