[Third Person]

Meanwhile, at Jisung's party. Jeongin was now sleeping in a bed at the guest room. While Chan was being interrogated at the kitchen counter.

A light bulb was above Chan and it was the only light source open. (a/n: I wanna depict it like in the movies)

"When and where did you met him?" Jisung broke the silence and asked.

"It was lunch, early September. I rushed off to the music room and wrote a song for you" Chan explained it calm like nothing's going on.

Jisung awed and commented "Really? When will I hear that song?". Then Chan replied "Actually Jeongin will sing it as I play the piano"

"But I was surprised when he cried seeing Hyunjin. Do you think there's a past between them?" Chan added.

"Ohh~ someone felt jealous" Felix teased Chan. Chan get it so he smacked Felix' shoulders earning a concerned look from Changbin.

"Are you okay baby?" Changbin asked concerned at Felix' fine shoulder. Felix faked cry and said "Daddy he hurt me!" Then pointed to Chan.

Chan knew that Felix was acting fake but Changbin really thought the younger was hurt. Changbin knew Chan is Felix' cousin so he just glared at the older.

Minho facepalmed himself and looked at Chan. "Did Jeongin tell something about his past with Hyunjin?" Minho asked carefully.

"I don't know" Chan said then continued "He didn't said anything to me, he just you know, came here and cried" Chan said with a tint of jealousy in his words.

"And also don't use past between those two" Chan added as a warning to Minho. The four giggled feeling the jealousy of Chan resonating around the room.

Chan then heard sobs upstairs while the four chit chat with each other. Chan got up and ran upstairs towards the guest room.

He opened the door and locked it. He sat beside Jeongin and hugged the younger. Jeongin felt the warmth of Chan so he snuggled towards Chan's chest.

"It's okay Jeongin" Chan said while rubbing the younger's back "I'm here so don't you worry" Chan tried to comfort the younger.

"I-it-it hurts hyung!" Jeongin burst once again in his tears. "I-I-I didn't mean t-to" the younger choked in his words trying to get the words out of his throat.

"I-I was bullied, I-I was forced t-to" Jeongin added as Chan push him a little to see the him. "It's not your fault, okay?" Chan gave a reassuring smile.

"It i-is my f-fault" Jeongin barely managed to speak between his dying sobs. Jeongin was now calming down.

"When I see you hurt Jeongin, it makes me hurt to..." Chan said wanting the younger to calm down.

"Hyung will you stay with me if I tell you my story?" Jeongin mumbled those words but still Chan managed to hear the words spoken by the younger.

"Yes I will stay with you... forever" And with that Chan decided to protect Jeongin more than himself.

Hey peaches🍑 I've decided to write short chaps until this comes to an end. I'm still excited for the next stories after this.
