27. Planned

"Thaddeus? That's my name P'Beam" Thad whispered softly while pressed on his P'Beam's chest.

"Yes baby...you are our Thaddeus...and your great grandfather was also named Thaddeus...my grandfather's beloved Thaddeus" Beam responded tenderly and pressed a kiss on the boy's forehead.

"You knew us all along..." Forth said after a while of silence.

Beam, Phana and Kit looked up at Forth and stared at him with their guilty looks.

"It was all planned..." Forth continued with his hurt tone.

The doctors and even Yo remained quite for several moment.

"It started with a plan...I...I just want to... meet the family of the person who my grandfather have loved so much" Beam started to explain while feeling a little fear from the anger he saw in Forth's face.

"Everything...everything has been a show? A plan?" Forth coldly and angrily confronted Beam which made everyone flinched even if Forth's voice is almost a whisper.

"NO...!" Beam panicked and instantly Phana and Kit lifted Thad from Beams lap and hurriedly went outside of the office while everyone followed behind.

"My P'Beam uncle Pha...uncle Kit..." Thad worriedly whined when Pha just suddenly lifted him from Beam.

"Papa and P'Beam needed to talk baby" Pha softly explained to the worried boy.

"We will just come back for them?" Thad asked confusedly.

"Yes baby we will" Kit answered with his reassuring smile.

Thad become quite while they walked towards Pha's office with Forths friends tailing behind who all looked serious and thoughtful.

"Papa is angry... P'Beam is crying...who will help them? They might hurt each other more" Thad suddenly asked and everyone stopped walking to look at the boy in bewilderment.

Beam and Forth were left in the office with Forths chest heaving with his heavy breaths.

"It was not for a show... P'Forth please believe me" Beam hurriedly stand up and kneeled in front of Forth but Forth seemed to flinch from his touch which made Beam so hurt.

"It was never a show...love please..." Beam begged with his tears rolling down his cheeks.

Forth remained quite while staring intently at the floor.

"Love...please look at me...please hear me out...please" Beam continued to beg to the distant man in front of him. Beam tried to caress Forths face but did not get any reaction from the angry man.

Beam heaved a sigh and gulped the lump in his throat.

"Before... my grandfather died... I... have already planned to visit the village, but I got tied up with all the research works we had and with my specialization in surgery. My schedule was in chaos...then grandpa died..." Beam started to explain when Forth didnt even spare him a glance.

"I just got the chance two years ago...yes...I planned everything, I planned to visit the apple orchard where my grandfather spent his happiest life...I wanted to reminisce all the memories that I have only imagined while grandfather was telling it all to me. I wanted to be part of his happiness..." Beam continued with his earnest voice while Forth continued to ignore him.

"Phana, Yo and Kit knew of the plan, they brought me in the main town with my previous plane...but I choose to be alone P'Forth... I didnt lie when I said I dont have money...I didnt brought any money with me because I want to live in the village with nothing but what just the village could offer. I dont have a phone since I usually dont use a phone because I dont want to be disturbed. I also didnt know the exact location of the village. I didnt include it in my order for research. I want to find it by myself, because I know that my heart will tell me the place where my grandfather have lived" Beam become more relaxed when he have continued to tell Forth of what happened two years ago.
