21. Threatened

Forth, Beam and Thad went out of the new pick up truck that Beam have made to deliver for Forth before they arrived yesterday.

Forth just gaped and quitely stared at the pick up track that is already parked in front of their house. Forth just assumed that Wayo have arranged everything when his team went out to go back to the city.

He didnt complained because he knew that it will only be useless. Beam is so set with what he is doing, and no one can change Beams mind, even Forth.

"Papa, your car is so cool, I like the good smell inside" Thad exclaimed while they are walking towards their house.

"Its new, of course it will smell good" Forth grinned at his son.

"Its not obvious that you really liked your new baby papa" Thad teased his father who blushed while glancing at Beam. Beam and Thad chuckled amusedly but they altogether stopped on their tracks when they noticed two old person who seemed to be waiting for them.

Beam heard Forth heaved a sigh while Thad looked worried. Beam's brows knotted while he squinted his eyes towards the two oldies.

"Who are they?" Beam whispered.

"Thad's grandparents...adoptive" Forth replied without leaving the two with his eyes.

Beam's brow raised tauntingly. He felt uncomfortable with the thought of meeting the couple and he dont feel good about their sudden appearance.

"Good afternoon mam...sir" Forth greeted the couple politely while Thad kissed their cheeks.

"Good afternoon" the woman greeted back but her eyes are intently staring at Forth and Beams joined hands.

Forth noticed the couple's stares on their joined hands but he totally ignored their questioning look. Same with Beam, he just stared at the woman's eyes with his unconcerned look while his right brow is raised.

"We are here to visit our grandson but...we didnt expect this...kind of situation" the man seriously said while looking at Beam and Forth before he will stare at their joined hands.

"What situation?" Forth asked with his unconcerned look.

"I dont think our grandchild have to hear what we will say" the woman replied with her curt expression.

Forth and Beam continued to stare at the couple while Thad have already hid from his P'Beam's back.

Silence ruled between the adults while they continued to stare at each other before Beam turned to Forth who nodded at him.

"Thad, come on lets change your clothes" Beam turned to Thad and hold his hand before they walked towards the house.

Forth and their two visitors followed Beam and Thad with their eyes.

"What do you want?" Forth straightforwardly asked when Beam and Thad have already entered the house.

"We will just visit Thad, but with what we saw earlier, we want to get Thad from you. Thad deserved to grow in a normal family" the woman arrogantly exclaimed which made Forth raised his brow towards her.
