Numbness
That's all I feel
Emotions thrown out the window
Loss of appetite knocked down my door
Overthinking wraps it's fingers around me
Negativity cutting my oxygen supply
As salty tears flow like waterfalls
Lost and confused
Not knowing who to seek for help
Depression knocks me out
As everything disappears
Thunder storms strike me
Leaving scars like how love did
The only question left in my mind is,

"What do I do?"
