'Kaya ko na nga.'

'Wala nga akong lakad ngayon.'

Nagtatalo pa kaming dalawa kung magd-drive ba ako o ihahatid niya ako.

I chuckled. Cute ampotek!

'Hey, what's so funny?' He asked.

'Let's go.'

'Ha?'

'Let's go.' Mabilis nitong sagot saka pumunta sa drivers' seat.

Napailing nalang ako.

'Uwi kana agad?'

'Nope. I'll go in.'

I shrugged and went in also.

'Hey Alice!'

Sabay kaming napalingon ni Leon sa pinanggalingan ng boses.

'Sup? Oh I mean, Good morning. First day right? Your trainee's waiting for you.'

'Hey, good morning uhm sir?' I said and smiled awkwardly at Risque.

'Alice, shall we?' He said, referring to the elevator.

I smiled at him and walked towards the elevator when somebody grabbed my hand.

'What?' I asked.

'Why is he calling you Alice?' Inis na sambit nito.

What the heck!? Ano bang mali dun?

'Let him call you Xia.'

'Alice?' Tawag naman ni Risque.

Naramdaman kong humigpit ang hawak ni Leon sa kamay ko.

I smiled sweetly at him.

'Let's talk this at home, okay?'

'Just let him call you Xia.'

'I'll try.'

'Are you pissed off?'

'No!'

Hindi raw eh namumula na nga.

'Then go home.' I smiled sweetly at him.

'I don't like sharing what's mine.' He murmured before turning his back on me.

Napailing nalang ako.

'Quite a fight right there?'

'Noyb.'

'Huh?'

'None of your business.'

He chuckled, psh.

'So, I'll leave you with my manager then.'

I nodded.

'Uh, where is he?'

'Good morning ma'am.'

'Hi there—hey! You look familiar.'
