Edward and Kylie woke up together, "Good morning Ms Jones." Edward said.
"Hi." Kylie said a bit sleepy.
Edward got up from the bed and said "Alright see ya."
"Where are you going?"
"I am going downstairs to make us some food."
"Don't worry about that go to Phoenix."
Edward was about to run, "Wait you aren't gonna use the stairs right?"
"I am going to use the stairs. Is there a problem?"
"Nope it's just that they are fixing up the stairs and you can phase right?"
"Are you hiding something?"
"No, no just I don't want my sexy bae to be wet with paint."
"Okay." Edward touched the wall next to the bed and phased through the wall.

Dr Ratchet walked in holding a flask with coffee inside and he drank from it.
"Rodriguez where is Justin?" Dr Ratchet asked.
"Well he is stopping a bank robbery in Palm Springs." Alberto replied.
"Without his suit?"
"Well he kinda just woke up."
Edward ran inside the room and Alberto looked at him weirdly.
"Is there something on my face?" Edward asked.
"How long will it take-?" Alberto asked.
"You to notice that you still have your pyjamas on?" Dr Ratchet finished Alberto's sentence.
"Oh." Edward said.
Edward ran out of the room and came back in his normal clothes which consisted a black shirt, blue Nike trainers and grey sweatpants.
"Thanks by the way." Edward said.
"You're welcome." Alberto replied.
"Aren't you supposed to be with your girlfriend?" Dr Ratchet asked.
"Well she kinda kicked me outta the house."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"So do you want to train?"
"About that?"
"Or do you wanna take it easy today?"
"Nah it's not that. I think I should maybe train with someone who knows my speed better than I do."
"Who?"
"Your dad?"
"Not him but Ezra."
"Are you fuckin kidding me?"
"Look Al I know-"
"Dude you want to train with the same person that stabbed your mother in the heart?"
"Al dude I don't have a choice Ezra has more knowledge about my powers than my dad and I think if I can try to work with him I can reach another level."
"What does Kylie think about this?"
"Well I kinda haven't told her yet."
"Then go."
