The entire building was repaired and everything was as good as new except for outside where the still burnt marks. A orange streak went inside the building.

Level 100

Edward stopped in the room and found Alberto and Dr Ratchet.

"Happy new year guys." Edward said.

"Man of the hour." Alberto said and high fives Edward.

"Justin a happy new year to you too." Dr Ratchet said.

"So how was your New Year's Eve with Kylie?"

"Well I haven't seen her since Christmas."

"Why?"

"She went to Ibiza with her parents so I didn't want to intrude even though they sorta kinda insisted."

"Who wouldn't wanna go to Ibiza for New year's?"

"Plus I was having fun with my dad."

"Okay which reminds me guys I met Danvers earlier she told me she is heading to see her mom for a couple of days."

The security alert rang, Alberto rushed to his seat and said "Someone just tripped of our security sensors."

Dr Ratchet reached under the table and pulled out an Energy Riffle. Edward touched the two and sped off with them in hand.

Level 4

Edward stopped and the three were ready to take on the breacher. A woman in a black pants suit appeared the woman was about Al's height but a few inches taller, she had green eyes, she looked like she was in her forties and she had short black hair, Dr Ratchet raised his weapon to the woman's direction and he asked "Who the hell are you?"

"Is it wise to have a civilian in the building gentlemen?"she asked.

"Sorry who are you?" Alberto asked.

"I am the new Director of Phoenix my name is Lauren Michaels." the lady said.

Twenty minutes later

Level 100

Lauren was in cuffs and luckily The Speedster suit wasn't where it usually is. Edward walked inside and said "She is definitely a Phoenix agent Black Ops department."

"I order you Agent Justin and Rodriguez to unite me otherwise you will both be suspended." Lauren said.

"Sorry ma'am." Alberto said.

"Wait are you actually considering this? I am the Director of Phoenix?"

"I know all about that how about you call Commander Steveburg so that he can verify my claim?"

"Alright I will be back in the meantime Al keep her in the cuffs." Edward said as he walked out of the room.

Hallopad

Edward called Commander Steveburg.

"Edward." Steveburg answered.

"Hey." Edward said.

"I take it you've met the temp?"

"Wait so it's true?"

"I wanted to tell you but you were wrapped up in the whole Mark situation and the council believes that if you can learn from someone with experience from leading a team you can require some knowledge."

"And you agree with them?"

"Look son I would be lying if I said I didn't. Edward she is not here to strip you of your title she is just there to mentor you."
