It's finally the weekend, the most waited day for those who were invited to Y/n's place. It was still quite early in the morning and Y/n was already in the kitchen, baking cookies for them as a sign of welcoming them.

Tsukishima was still asleep since he was tired because of the practice the previous night. The smell of sweet baking cooking reached him and he woke up, going downstairs as he followed the aroma.

He reached the kitchen to see Y/n taking them out the oven, placing them on the counter to cool.

"You're awake early." He said with a raspy voice but with a straight face.

"Yea! It's for the boys." she said as she hummed and prepared the jar to put them in.

"You on the other hand, need to get a shower. You can't show them that you just woke up. They might be on their way right now." she said as she pushed him out of the kitchen.

Tsukishima huffed and went upstairs to take a shower.

Y/n cleaned up the living room after placing the cookies in the jar. Once done, she went upstairs to Tsukishima's room, assuming he's done bathing by now.

She saw the door slightly ajar of his room and pushed the door open to see his back facing her and the towel wrapped around his waist. The sudden push of the door resulted him in turning to face the door to see Y/n with his wet messy hair.

"S-sorry! I should've knocked." Y/n closed her eyes and blushed hard.

"What's the matter?" He walked towards her and looked down at her, still wiping his head.

"W-well..." she looked away and bit her lip.

"Tell me already. You know I hate it when you hold yourself from saying what you want. You're wasting my time." He said coldly, after throwing the towel on the bed after wiping his head.

"U-um.." she still looked away, trying not to look at his perfectly toned shirtless body and blushing at the same time.

"I-I.. was...wanted.."

Tsukishima pulled her chin up with his finger and looked at her closely, and her cheeks turned a darker shade of red after smelling the minty shampoo scent off his hair.

"Why are you stuttering?" He raised an eyebrow.

She closed her eyes shut and looked away. "I just wanted to know, if the guys see you here...they don't know that we live together, right?" she spoke in a soft voice.

"I'll sit with everything on the couch, it will look like I've reached here before they did since I only live next door." He stood up straight and shrugged.

"I see..." she said before hearing the doorbell ring and she looked at him.

He nodded, understanding that she meant for him to get dressed quickly. She took his bag and went downstairs, placing the bag and the books on their places.

She then went over to the front door, looking behind to see Tsukishima rushing downstairs and going straight to the couch.

She smiled and opened the door, looking at Yamaguchi who was slightly blushing after looking at her. She smiled and let him in, with Hinata and Yamaguchi running to catch up before she closed the door.

They all sat on the couch with their books on the coffee table.

The boys smelled and looked at her.

"Hey Y/n, something smells good!" Hinata told and she smiled, sliding the jar of cookies that were placed on the table towards them.

"Here... You can have the cookies. I made them for you." She said handing them a jar each, with Yamaguchi and Kageyama blushing with a small smile.

"Why is Tsukishima here though? He is already good at studying." Hinata pointed out.

"I'm here for Yamaguchi. I don't trust him." He lied while Yamaguchi frowned at him.

"What do you mean Tsukki?" Yamaguchi sighed

"I mean you might just stare at her and not study." He smirked.

"Okay, let's just start with English. I want you guys to ace the upcoming English quiz. If you don't I won't attend your practice match with Nekoma." she pouts and huffed.

"We'll do our best!" Yamaguchi said and smiled widely.

Few hours have passed since they start studying. Yamaguchi seemed to be doing fine since Tsukishima was helping him, Hinata was doing well too, but Kageyama was pulling his hair in frustration since he couldn't seem to remember some words.

Y/n looked at him and smiled, holding his hands and pulling them away from his head.

"Calm down, okay?" she said and smiled, letting Kageyama's cheek a bright red as he stares at her. He then squeezed her hand, the blush on his cheeks getting darker as he looked away and nodded.

Yamaguchi saw them and huffed under his breath, being a little annoyed. He then stood up.

"I'm going out for a little walk. I need a break."

He said and walked across his seat to go towards the door, but he tripped on Hinata's bag, falling towards Y/n but was caught by Tsukishima.

"Watch where you're going." He told and looked at him.

Yamaguchi hissed under his breath and looked at Tsukishima.

'I could've hugged her if you hadn't caught me.' His eyes told Tsukishima, while Tsukishima just smirked and shrugged.

Later that night, Yamaguchi was preparing to go back home since they were tired. Hinata and Kageyama had already left an hour ago.

"Tsukki, aren't you going home?" He asked.

"I can easily go back home. It's just next door." He shrugged as he packed his bag.

"See you tomorrow in class then." Yamaguchi told as he pulled the strap of his bag over his shoulders, earning a nod from Tsukishima.

"I'll see you off then." Y/n smiled as she stood up, walking towards the front door and happening up for him.

Yamaguchi walked up behind her and looked at her.

"Thank you." He smiled while Y/n tilted her head in confusion.

"For the cookies you made." He blushed as he held her hand lightly.

Tsukishima glanced at them then scoffed as he looked away.

Y/n nods. "Mm! Not a problem." she smiled before waving at Yamaguchi as he walked out.

She closed the door and went back into the living room.

"Glad that's ov-" she stopped when she saw Tsukishima with an annoyed look on his face.

"What happened?" she asked calmly, but he calmly ignored her, standing up and walked upstairs.

"I'm tired. I'm going to bed." He muttered.

"But we haven't had dinner yet!"

"You can have it. I'm not hungry." He told before entering his room and closing the door.

Y/n sighed and sat on the couch, leaning her back on the backrest of the couch. She doesn't like the idea of eating alone now that she's living with someone else. She then lied down and stared at the ceiling, thinking about Tsukishima.

Ever since the night on the bridge, she couldn't get him off her mind. Every little thing he does makes her heart flutter. His touch makes her go crazy. She knows that she's falling in love with him, or maybe has already fallen in love with him, but decides to stay quiet since she knows he's not the kind of guy to be bothered about something like this. With these thoughts, she drifted to sleep.
