Author's Note

I write this on the day I finished chapter 18. I prewrite my chapters and today is the day I finished FH.

I can't believe how long I have been writing this. Hasn't it been, what, almost a year? Funny how time flies like it does.

When I write this, I am thinking of what your guys' reactions to this will be. I have not yet posted all of FH, and so I am thinking about how you guys will react.

I am not going to lie- when I wrote the outline for chapters 15-19 and wrote in Onikah's death, I laughed thinking about the reactions I would get. I love the irony, but I know you guys hate it and love it too.

I want to thank lots of people.

First of all, I want to thank VinnieDeJesu. She had been here for all of this, given me advice, and just been friendly and a great person.

Next I want to thank BigfootHunter. I've been reading her book Fire and Ice since it's earliest days. I've watched it explode. She has also been here reading FH since the very first chapter and has been so kind and nice and supportive.

I want to thank everyone who has read, voted, commented, etc. Positive feedback means the world to me!

I would also like to acknowldege my cousin Olivia. She does not have a WattPad, but I would like to thank her here anyway. She helped me with Onikah's death scene by giving me inspiration (as disturbing as it sounds, she has a lot of dream where people die and she kind of used one of those dreams to help me with Onikah's death scene).

As crazy as this may sound, I have been planning Onikah's death since at least July. A long time, I know, but for months and months I have been planning out FH and what will happen.

I am not sure about when I will post a sequel (which, yes, of course there's a sequel! With the way it ended it needs one!). I have a little started, but I don't know when I will post.

Another very good reason I will not post the sequel for a while is because I am currently working on two secret projects. I'm not saying anything until the time is right, but it will be very exciting!

I also want to tell you guys to keep a look out on my blog. I'll be posting lots of extra content, including explanations of Sariah's relationships with her housemates, the significance of them, and what the relationships represent. The same will be for certain events in the story, why they happened, etc. I might also share some of the original notes from my Microsoft Word documents and from my mini notebook, my composition notebook, and other random scraps of paper to give you a look into the writing process as well as my notes. I'll also reveal a lot of stuff you may or may not have known about FH, including things that were changed, added later on, and lots of other things.

I really want to thank EVERYONE who read and gave such amazing feedback. This whole thing has been amazing!
