Mystique 17

For this week, I took two exams. The first one is an acceleration and entrance exam, in one test, the first test I took days ago.

It was all thanks to Master Shen for the recommendation of the books he suggested, it did makes it easy for me to finish the exam with ease. I already read a lot of books in the library and the library is humongous itself, it will probably take me a year or years to finish everything. Maybe.

All of us passed the test, we were accelerated to the grade that corresponds our age. The second is the ranking exam which what I am taking now.

"Mystique of fourth year!" I heard my name being called for the battle. I stood up and went to the weaponry area, to choose a weapon for my fight.

Good thing that using a weapon is allowed.

I chose a sword, good for close fight.

Humakbang na ako papasok sa ring. I am still outside the barrier, waiting for the signal to enter.

After introducing me again, the barrier opened, good enough for me to enter. Pagpasok ko ay ang agad na pagsara ng barrier. Pumasok na ako sa ring at nakita ang kalaban.

He looks like the same year as mine, fourth year, I must say. He looks like a vampire. Nung nagbigay na ng signal sa amin na pumasok ay naroon na siya and sa ring. So, I am guessing he is a vampire. Speed.

He is holding a sword too. Swordfight it is.

I grip my sword tightly.

Bigla na lang siya nawala. I can feel him, approaching me, fast.

Our swords clash. He appeared behind me and manage to block his attack.

Pinahaba nito ang mga kuko niya sa isa niyang kamay. Bago pa man ito kumilos, nilagay niya ng pwersa ang kanilang mga espada na nakadugtong at tinulak palayo sa kaniya upang iwasan and mga kuko nito.

He is using his vampire speed to attack. Patuloy ang pag-iwas ko sa mga kuko niya na sing haba na yata ng ruler.

Kailangan kong panatilihin ang sapat na distansya para hindi mahagip ng kaniyang mga matatalas na kuko.

He launched his sword in a horizontal angle, his aim is to cut my body on half, makikita naman ito sa kung paano ang angulo na gusto niya.

I jump backwards to avoid the incoming attacks.

Hindi siya magaling sa pageespada. Hindi mahigpit ang kapit niya dito. Lalo pa at isang kamay lang ang ginagamit niya dahil ang isa ay umaatake rin sa akin.

Nabitawan nito ang espada. Pinahaba niya ang kuko niya sa isa pang kamay na kanina lamang ay hawak ang espada.
