This story is about Nathan, a lion that lost his whole pride and ran away to the Pride Lands and join the Lion Guard on there adventures and find someone along the way.
When Kion and Nathan walked back to Pride Rock they came across the rest of the guard.
Fuli: Where were you Kion ?
Kion: I was just talking with Nathan and we were attacked by Janja and his clan.
Nathan: Yeah they didn't want to fight pretty.
Ono: But didn't you two see that red and blue flash.
Besthe: Yeah do you guys know where it came from ?
Nathan: I think I know what made those flashes.
Fuli: Ok what made those flashes ?
Nathan: I did.
Fuli and the rest of the guard was surprised by what Nathan said.
Fuli: Wait, you did it. How ?
Nathan: Well I don't know. It just sort of happened.
Bunga: Wait. What's on your shoulder ?
Nathan: Oh that. It's nothing Bunga.
Fuli: No, it's not nothing. That's the Lion Guard symbol.
Nathan: Well yes it is.
Bunga: Wait. I thought there was only supposed to be 5 members of the Lion Guard. How did you get it ?
Kion: I gave it to him. Nathan is the Sharpest of the guard.
Fuli: Oh well what did he do to deserve that title? I mean he has only been here for a few weeks.
Kion: He saved me twice. I don't think I would've been here if it wasn't for him.
Besthe: Wow well thanks Nathan.
Nathan: Well I didn't want to lose anyone, so I helped.
Kion: Well I think we all should get some rest.
Fuli: Agreed.
So a few days had passed and Nathan was happy to work with the Guard, but he always felt empty inside. But he still enjoyed helping everyone out with their problems.
*Next morning*
Kion: Lion Guard, I think we can rest today.
Nathan: Wait, what! Why?
Kion: You've all done such a good job, I thought we could have a day off.
Nathan: Oh.
Fuli: Well that seems like a nice idea to me.
Bunga: Yeah.
Nathan: Well enjoy your day off, I think I will go around and make sure everyone is ok.
Kion: Oh, ok Nathan.
Nathan went out to see if anyone needed help, but everyone was safe.
He went to a cliff and sat there looking over the Pride Lands.
Until someone came to talk to him.
???: Hey you ok?
Nathan: Huh,oh hey. Yeah I'm ok. And who are you?
???: Oh sorry, my name is Eden. I saw you sitting here and I was wondering why you are so alone.
Nathan: Well Eden, I'm Nathan.
Eden: I've heard about what happened to your family. I'm sorry you had to go through that.
Nathan: Yeah, everytime I am alone I just get flashbacks on what happened.
Eden: I'm sorry to hear that. Well you will get over it and your friends will be there for you and I will also be there. (nuzzles Nathan )
Nathan: ( Nuzzles back ) thanks Eden. That really meant a lot.
Eden: Anytime Nathan. Just glad you got here and didn't get lost in a desert or something.
Nathan: Yeah me too.
