it was my turn to introduce my self, Sadly. We had to Say our names, Age, what we like, dislike, and why are we here.
"Hi, umm my name is aurora. Im 16. 17 In a week. I like nothing besides my phone. I dislike everything including food. And im here because my parents decided that i was depressed." I say as i sit back down.
I look over at him as i catch him staring at me. He looks away and i can see a smirk forming as a giggle escapes from my mouth. What was that?! I try to cover it up by coughing instead and i glare at him trying not to laugh. As its his turn.
DEAN'S POV
It was my turn so I stood up and tried to sound casual.
"my name is dean. I'm 17. I like reading books, listen to music, and I like that girl over there. And I dislike everything. I'm here because my aunt wanted me too." I sit back down and looked over at her as I see her blush.
as the class ends she was walking over the front door so i followed her and poke her from behind.
"Hey there" i smile walking with her
"hii again.. So youre dean?" she asks
"yeah.. Oh yeah im sorry i didnt tell --"
she cuts me off
"its fine you dont have to say sorry" she looks around
"well umm wanna hang out sometime?" I ask hoping for the best
"yeah sure! Duh! That would be nice" she smiles big and we give each other our phone numbers.
AURORA'S POV
OH MY GOD! I HAVE HIS PHONE NUMBER!! i try to stay cool but im screaming inside obviously. I laugh and see my mom pulling over in front of us as i pull him to the car's window.
"Hey mum! This is dean! Dean this is my mum" they both laugh and exchanged hi's and hello's.
i get in the car and look over to my mum. "What.." i look at her smiling big
"he seems cute. Yenno?" she asks. Im not sure if shes asking or basically saying go out with him. I laugh at the Idea. "No mum. WE JUST MET!!" she laughs "well im glad youve made a friend."
we drive to our house as she pulls over in our driveway. As we got out of the car and i ran into my room. I was happy i wasnt sure why or how. But i was and it kind of felt pretty good.
I changed into my PJ's and sat down on my chair beside the window and I just basically stared at my phone. Will he call or will he not, will he call or will he not. I got cut off my daydreaming by someone knocking the door.
"Come in." I say. Oh it's just my brother
"Mum says dinner is ready"
And I was surprised when I looked at the time it was past 7.
i went down. Well hold on let's meet my family. We have my little brother, Sam. My older sister, Jodi. And there's my parents. Alexis (mom) and Parker (dad).
We have this rule in my family no phones, mp3s, headphones, or anything that has to do with electronic devices. So I left my phone in my room.
"I'm done. Will you excuse me please?" i ask with filled mouth. You can say i ate pretty fast.
"Yeah sure" my mum says giggling.
i run to my room and check my phone. i missed a call from an unknown number. I wonder who it is. I call back.
"Hi.." i hear a dude say
"hey" i reply
"are you aurora" he asks
"yes! Oh my god! Are you dean?" i ask
"yes i am!" he answers and we both laugh.
"well i was thinking if you can come over. I have chips" he says laughing
"hold on ill ask my mum" i say
i run Down stairs to my mum as i see my dad drinking some tea reading a newspaper and my mum washing the dishes.
"Hey umm mum. Can i go to dean's place for a little while" i ask hoping for a yes sure go answer
she looks over at my dad surprised as they exchange looks.
"Hold on did you just basically say you wanna get out of your room and hang out with a friend" dad says with his mouth dropped open
"MUM! DAD! im going i dont car" i laugh running back to my room.
"hey hey sorry i was asking them im coming" i say
"okay! Yay! Cool ill be waiting" he says as we both hang up
