I hadn't really thought of sleep on my trip out here, I could survive a couple days without become delirious,but it all hit me as I felt a drained sensation in my head.
My weak eyes started to flutter close, causing myself to wake myself back up.
I got up continuing my walk to the main center of town.
As I continued to walk I heard voices coming from somewhere. I stopped and crouched down. I saw a little boy being yelled at by a girl in a robe. Who were these people?

The woman was talking to some others that were in robes. I couldn't make out their faces, because it was covered in their hoods, except for her,
The woman grabbed something pretty heavy from her friends, it looked like a deer she held, except I couldnt point out any features.
She turned and led the child into a small pit where she threw down the animal looking thing into a pit, and gave a lighter to the small child next to her.
As the child threw the lighter in setting the pit in flames, the woman whispered, "she deserved what was coming for her."
This innocent boy just looking up at her, then drooped his head.
"What will we do now?" the boy said,turning to her.
She looked around, and let out a bit of a smile.

"You won't be doing anything anymore," she confirmed, turning back around a placing her hands on the boys shoulders.
" because you can't be trusted." she whispered into his ear.
In a instant she snapped the little boy neck,and pushed his body into the burning fire.

I froze,stared in fear right as she turned, to walk back to her peers; just as I thought I could  finally breathe. That poor child didn't deserve any of that. I couldn't get the image of his neck snapping out my head. It scars me till this day.

Although, the whispers of her cult silenced once and for all.
