After my talk with Carlisle about growing up and my vampire ability to be able to see memories, it really got me going on how afraid of my vampire side I really was. What if I can't control my thirst? What if I can't handle it?
The rest of my family seemed fine with being all vampires, yet they had decades and centuries to get used to.He lead us out back into the living room, where we saw my grandmother talking with my father. He stood up immediately like he was expecting something from Carlisle. "Renesemee!!" I heard behind me. My auntie Rose stood next to my uncles. "Auntie Rose!!" I ran over into her arms, and flung up into the air. " awe I missed you so much" she set me down. "Me too" I responded.
"What do I not get some of that?" Uncle Emmett joked to me.
"No you do," I said wrapping my arm about his big body.
Finally I pulled away and saw my last uncle.
"Howdy Uncle Jasper" I said,in a western accent. Tipping my imaginary hat towards him.
Aunt Rose and Uncle Emmett broke out laughing as well as the rest of my family from the living room. "That never gonna get old" Aunt Rosalie, said laying a hand on her twin. "I know," he sighed, then smiled at me and tipped his imaginary hat back. I gave him a quick hug and lead everyone to the living room where everyone else was at.
"Back so soon?" Esme asked to Aunt Rose.
"Well turns out Emmett forgot those mason jars you wanted us to bring with us" she said, glancing a look at her husband. "I'll admit it, that was my bad" Uncle Emmett, joked, putting his hands up. "We'll go out later, for now we have company to entertain" Uncle Jasper grinned, looking to me. They all looked at me, and I just smiled.
I loved my family dearly, they are always gonna be here for me. Talking to them wasn't ever gonna get boring, because they all were so interesting, and had intriguing stories to tell from eras and through decades of stories. After a moment went by of our silence I noticed Carlisle taking my father aside as they talked, but I tried not to pay any attention to what they were saying. As a result, feeling guilt by listening in. I walked away attempting to avoid the talk, and looking out the window. The sun hit it self behind the clouds. The forest looked quiet, but it seemed dark something was there.
Chatter filled the room more, but stopped once again after hearing a car door slam close. They looked around in fear of who it could've been.
Carlisle informed us that it was Jacob...
My jaw almost dropped.
Only a matter of time.
My father would surely lose it.
