ÅŠHŁĘŸ

school starts tomorrow and of course, I'm not prepared. I just want to homeschool at this point but my mom won't allow me because dad wouldn't like that.

"Ashley? come downstairs it's dinner time!" my mom called out to me and I rose from my fluffy pink colored bedsheet and head downstairs.

the food smells good. I hope it's something different again.

"honey look it's roasted pork, one of your father's favorite," she said and smiled as she gestures for me to sit down.

and the answer is nope, nothing different. it's still the same.

throughout dinner, we were quiet since it's been kinda awkward for us lately.

"so school starts tomorrow right?" speak of the devil. I looked at her and nodded.

"then be a good girl okay? your father would be so proud of you." I stood up quickly and picked up the dishes.

"I'm full, I'll wash them now," I said before washing the dishes. it's still the same. it hasn't changed.

I got back to my room a couple of minutes later and took out my uniform. it's kinda cute and plain. for the girl's uniform, it's a dark navy blue skirt that's above the knee but with white long stockings. a plain polo shirt with a black bow tie. for boy's uniform, it's dark navy blue pants, long-sleeved white polo shirt with a black necktie. our blazers are a combination of dark navy blue and black.

I tried them on and to be honest, I look very pretty. but I only hear the word pretty from my own voice. my mom only calls me good. you look good or you're doing good.

I put them back inside the closet and put on my normal clothes. I lay down on my bed and I slowly close my eyes before drifting to sleep.

birds chirping loudly and the sunlights beams in front of my eyes. I hissed before standing up and head to the shower.

after the boring cycle of everyday school life, I head downstairs to eat breakfast.

"good morning Ashley, take this for your lunch money," she hands me my lunch money and smiles at me. "you look really good today sweetie, make your father proud okay?" two in a row? I'm done.

I quickly devoured my breakfast before heading out to school.

I see students walking around and talking to one another in small or big groups. I'm anxious, no friends once again huh? it's fine, I can cope up with that.

I sighed heavily and tried to let out a smile. that's right, I'm used to this.

"I can do this, I can do thi-" before I can finish my sentence I felt this super dark atmosphere coming from this girl. she had brown hair and pretty brown eyes. she glared at me and I flinched before strutting towards the school gate.

Woah she's terrifying. I looked at the school board and it's the names of the students and their assigned classrooms.

I slide my finger across the paper and I spot my room. b-3? so it's on the second floor and the third room.
