Summaiya 's POV .
It has been three days and life has been tough,I don't eat proper food and I always feel nauseous and I'm always weak too and sami is coming today to pick up the kids if all of you all must be wondering if I talk with sami then your answer is no we haven't spoken at all .
Momma daddy iswes here adeela said and I took all the strength I had to go and see my life.
When I went downstairs we stared at each other before he finally lowered his gaze and I was heartbroken.
Good evening sami I said.
Evening he replied grumpily.
Ok adeel ,adeela come kiss momma goodbye I said as I opened my arms and they hugged and kissed me.
Good bye momma they said in unison.
Bye sami I said and they started walking away when I started feeling dizzy.
And boom I was on the floor the last person I saw before going blank was Sami.
Sami's POV.
This three days has been hectic without my one and only love and today I get to see her and yes if all of you have been wondering where I am then the answer is I've been in my parents house and yes Khadijah and hajiya firdausi came to get me but I didn't go with them .

I parked my car and went inside the house to be met with adeel and adeela playing.
Daddy they said hugging me .
My babies I said kissing each one of them.
Let me go and call momma adeel said and left .
After like 2 minutes they came back with a horrible looking Summaiya,she has lost a lot of weight and she still has eye bags and her eyes are swollen.
I wanted to hug her badly and tell her that everything was going to be fine,but I just control myself.
Good evening sami she greeted .
Evening I greeted now looking at her.
They did their bye bye thingy and I heard a loud thud and turned around and saw Summaiya on the floor lifelessly .
Summaiya,Summaiya please wake up baby I love you I promise not to leave and I also miss you please wake up mama , baba anyone I called and mama appeared.
Inalilahi what happened to her mama asked and I told her what happened and we went to the hospital.
After all the tests were done the doctor finally came out smiling.
Congratulations mr sami your wife is 2 weeks pregnant but she looks like she didn't eat at all which is bad for the baby but she will wake up in the next 1 hour because it looks like she hasn't been sleeping and someone should get her something to eat the doctor said and excused herself.
I couldn't believe it I was in cloud nine I was going to be a father again .
Daddy what happened to momma adeel and adeela asked.
Nothing my babies but you guys are going to have a new baby brother or sister.
What ?? Yayy we want to see our baby now the both said .
Hey not now but very soon insha Allah I said .
Kids let's go and fetch food for momma mama said and they left.

Summaiya I'm really sorry for being a jerk please forgive me and I love you I said and placed a kiss on her forehead . Then she now opened her eyes which has tears in them.
Sami I'm really sorry please forgive,Sami whether you believe me or not I cannot live without you and I love I would do anything for our love she said.
Shh Summaiya it's ok and I love you too ok but don't cry and why have you not been eating I asked.
I was just soo depressed that I didn't have any appetite in any food she replied.
But do you know that it is not good for the baby I replied.
Baby ?? I'm I pregnant she asked and placed her hand in her stomach.
Yes Summaiya you are pregnant I said and she hugged me and I hugged her back.
Sami I'm really happy but where are adeel and adeela she asked.
They went to get food for you I replied.
5minutes later.
Momma,momma adeel and adeela came hugging her.
Hey be careful the baby is in here she said and placed their little hands in her stomach and adeel dragged my hand and placed it in the stomach and we were staring at each other.
Ok what do you say to the new baby Summaiya asked.
We love you baby they replied and left the position.

So we have decided that you guys will live under the same roof because of the baby mama said .
