ashton's pov

*1 year later*

i love my life. what's wrong with that? absolutely nothing.

luke and i have been dating ever since we confessed to each other. we must have a really long honeymoon phase, because nothing bad has happened between us. maybe a disagreement here and there, but nothing serious.

it's now our senior year, and calum and michael are still together as well. the four of us are still the best of friends, and everyday is amazing with them.

my mom still isn't talking to me, but she does talk to luke when he comes over. she doesn't know we're together which would explain why. i honestly don't need her approval or love since i have luke.

he is the most romantic person on the planet. we have a regular date night every friday. we gave ourselves to each other in the most special way as well. my ass hurt afterwards though.

we have to still hide our relationship whenever we aren't at school. the only person that knows beside michael and calum is ben. luke called him while he was at college.

luke had a very long phone call, discussing whether or not he should come out to his parents. ben was brutally honest, which is why we are being secretive until we can move away together. which means that when we aren't with each other, we're both working. we both got jobs, and slowly but surely we're saving up money to be able to buy a small apartment with two bedrooms. calum and michael are saving too because they would move with us as well.

so we have a lot planned out. and it's all falling into place. i don't think this could get any better. but at the moment, we still have school. which is still hell, but a little better because of my three doofuses.

at the moment, calum and luke are in soccer, and michael and are not....we're not athletic.

"WOOOOO, GO LUKE."

*BEEEEPPPPP* "hey! keep it down up there!"

i slowly sat back down as the coach and i held eye contact. after, i turned to michael with my arms crossed, and a frown.

"i don't know why he doesn't like my cheering. i just want to be a supportive boyfriend, and he isn't letting me."

michael laughed at me before he decided to respond. "probably because you distract him when you cheer."

"okay, okay. i'll only cheer for calum."

"no, that's not allowed either."

"ugh. whatever. he's just a big fat party pooper."

michael and i patiently waited as luke and calum finally came out of the locker room after their showers.

"hey calum. okay bye calum, bye michael."

calum looked confused for a second, because we spend almost every day with them. "what? why?"

luke turned and answered as he grabbed my hand, "because it's our 1 year today."

"awh, really? okay, you kids go have fun." i quickly grabbed luke's hand and led him to his car. we got in and he started driving to my house.

"so since my mom isn't going to be home, i was thinking that we could order a pizza, watch our favorite movies, and just enjoy each other's company." he lifted up my hand and kissed the back.

"that sounds absolutely perfect." i felt his hand shake a little, worrying me.

"hey luke? are you nervous or something?"

"what? nope, not at all. let's just get home." he turned back to the road, making me chuckle a little.

we made it to my house, just as the pizza guy showed up. we ordered it while we were in the car so that it wouldn't take so long. i ran up to the door and paid, taking the pizza from him.

"thank you!"

"no problem. have a good night you two." he looked at both of us and smirked a little.  we smiled back after blushing, and slowly closed the door.

the night, was absolutely perfect.

happy valentine's day. the ending is done, so i may upload the rest. should i? please tell me!
