~Mikey's pov~ Ooooo
"... and there's your change. Have a nice day, sir." The man nodded and left the little gas station. Gerard opened the back curtain and looked out the front window from the counter.
"Is that the blue haired guy?"
"Where?"
"Right there!" He pointed, "Running towards us..."
"I think so."
"You think Y/n's near by?"
"I dunno..."
Just then the boy burst through the door, completely out of breath.
"Y/n... forest..." He began, walking up to us, "Lost... tag... help..."
"What?" I asked, very confused.
"Y/n got lost in the forest while we were playing tag... I can't find her... and you guys are the only people I know... who might be able to help." The forest... that's where the fairies live... the magic... the vampires... beasts and other things...
"I gotta go save her." I said, immediately jumping over the counter. Awsten sent a worried look.
"Why? Is there something in the forest?"
"Yeah, there's something in the forest!" I thought for a moment, "Bears! And... and wolves!" Yeah... those are non-magical things... I think...
"Oh..."
"Gerard, take over for me! I gotta go find her," Awsten began following me, "You can't come with me."
"What!? Why!?"
"Cause!" I had to think for a moment again, "You," I put my hands on his shoulders, "Have to go to the Inn! She might show up there. You should be there... if she does..."
"O-okay..." He began walking toward the Inn while I made my way to the forest. Where could she be? The fairies? Vampires? Oh Y/n... where have you gone?
"Y/n! Y/n!" I called, then stopped. Footprints... two pairs... this must've been theirs...
Running down the path they led down, eventually, they became less and less. More spread apart and harder to see. A rather large tree stood just where the footprints ended. This... this is Pete's tree! There's... yeah...
As I thought, I uncovered the secret trapdoor. She was here... I gotta get to Pete's...
Looking around, I tried to find the path towards his home. But it seemed nearly impossible. It's like... he covered it... I haven't seen him in awhile... oh wait... there's the creek! His home should be...
My gaze was lifted to find a dark Victorian style house that fit the vampire vibe well, hidden among the trees. Barely visible from where I stood. She's gotta be there...
Carefully, I crossed the short creek, quickly making my way to the front door. Knocking loud, there was no answer.
"Hello? Pete?" No response. Quickly, I searched for another way in. All the windows are boarded up or covered by nailed curtains...
"Oh but you forgot about that one..." I whispered, gazing at the window that lead to an attic. Oh yeah... it's Tarzan time...
The trees masking the gigantic house held several branches, making sneaking in easy. Slyly, I climbed the one tree with an ever so conveniently placed branch towards the roof. Standing there, I peered in. This doesn't lead to the attic... wait, there she is... oh shit!
