38. Positivity

 SAM'S POV

Niall and I were sitting on a bench outside of Jamie's hospital room. We were talking.

"Sam, i'm really sorry about your dad..." Niall said. I immediately bursted into tears as soon as he said that. He pulled me into his chest, he was rubbing my back and saying a soothing "shh, it's okay." Every now and then. But it wasn't okay.

"No Niall. Nothing's okay. Nothing is ever going to be okay." I said.

"What do you mean?" He asked, concerned. I took a deep breath before responding.

"I'm losing everyone I love. I get bullied in school everyday. I have no friends other than the band and Jamie. I'm hated by everyone." I managed to say and he looked at me as if he felt what I felt. But I doubt it.

"What do you mean you're losing everyone you love?' He hopefully asked. 

"Everyone. I lost my dad. I'm losing my best friend and I lost the one kid I was completely in love with and now he probably ha-" Niall cut me off by crashing our lips together. I missed the taste of his lips so much. I felt like I finally had the piece of me that's been missing since we broke up. Him. After a few moments, we broke apart and he put our forheads together.

"He doesn't hate you and you didn't lose him." He said, referring to himself. It made me smile because he knew I was talking about him. I was in love with him. Unconditionally. I didn;t even mind it at all.

"Sam I love you so much and I need you in my life. I am convinced you are my soulmate and you are definitely the girl I want to spend the rest of my life with. My ex? The girl you saw on the cover. She means nothing to me. I cut her from my life the second she ruined our relationship. I am not letting you go that easily and I will fight for you until I die. Sam. Will you please be mine again? My girlfriend?"  Niall asked. It took me by surprise. He has no Idea how much I want to say yes. The whole time he was saying this, he was looking straight into my eyes. I knew he wasn't lying and I felt the exact same way. I took a deep breath before answering.

"Niall, I need you in my life more than anyone could ever imagine. I loved you since day one and i've never stopped. I love you so much and I was love to be your girlfriend again. Under one condition." I said, smirking. He looked at me and licked his lips. 

"What's the condition?" He asked, in all seriousness.  Which only made me smirk more.

"Kiss me." I whispered. He smirked too and started to lean in.

"I would love too." He whispered back, our faces inches away. Then we both got lost in a kiss. This kiss was so different from all the other ones we shared. This was passionate, full of every emotion but one emotion stood out to me, and I think him too. That emotion was love. This kiss. You felt so much love in it and I was so happy to call Niall my boyfriend again. 

JAMIES POV

 I kept hearing noises. There were so many. There were voices and an occasional beeping which actually annoyed the shit out of me to be honest. I focussed more on the talking though. There was like 4 different voices. One I immediately recognized. Harry. i slowly managed to open my eyes. Nobody noticed until I cleared my throat. Their heads flew around to look at my bed faster than you could say cat. wow. 

"JAMIE OMG YOU'RE AWAKE." Harry screamed, sprinting over to me. I could tell he had been crying. He probably thought he hid it. But nope. Can't hide anything from me. All of the boys including Sam were crowding around the bed. I started to breathe heavily, and I didn't know why. 

"Harry, get the nurse." I quickly said as I began to breathe heavily. Before I knew it, the nurse was in the room monitoring my heart and hooked me up to some water or something. It was quite weird and I was confused. Everyone looked at me with puppy dog eyes after the nurse put the needle in my arm. "Hello." I said while smiling. They all rolled their eyes.
