The smell of pancakes filled the air, the buttery homey smell waking Jupiter up from her sleep. She blinked a few times sitting up rubbing her head. She ran her fingers through her messy tangled hair looking around the room. Harper still laid on the floor snoring softly covered in piles of blankets. The others weren't in the living room , but seemed to be in the kitchen. That's probably why she smelled the soft smell of pancakes. She stood up carefully not to step on harpers spread out body.
She dragged her feet over to the kitchen, not making her presence known quit her. Scarlett was the one doing the cooking with Charlotte who observed her as they chattered.

Max and willow of course flirted as they sat on the counter near the doorway. No Owen. Where was he? She found herself looking for him in the area, but her attention was quickly turned to willow who noticed her.

"Well good morning sleeping beauty." Jupiter groaned and gave her a small wave.

"Morning." She made her way to the refrigerator, opening it up. She looked around until she found the milk pulling it out and setting it on the counter closing the refrigerator door.

"How did you sleep ?" Scarlett asked her as she added another pancake to the small stack she was building.

"Uh fine, what about you?" Jupiter walked over to the pantry grabbing a bottle of Hershey's chocolate syrup.

"I slept wonderfully, thank you."
Jupiter nodded as she focused on pouring the chocolate into her cup of milk stirring it with a straw.

"Where did owen go by the way?" She subtly asked not making eye contact with anyone , focusing on stirring her chocolate milk to distract herself from catching anyone's gaze. Trying to sound as casual as possible.

"Oh owen? Strange of you to wonder, but he left early this morning. I don't know why. Said he couldn't stay any longer. That man is so mysterious huh?" Max answered. Jupiter turned around leaning back as she sipped through her straw.

"Yeah. Guess so." She replied softly. Ignoring any other conversation that started up. Her mind wandered to where he could have been. The shop wasn't open on Sundays so he couldn't have possibly been there, it was odd , but what did she expect? He was in fact mysterious. He was someone who seemed to hold many secrets. But that was none of her business, but it bothered her that it wasn't.
"Pancakes are all done ju ju here." Scarlett handed a plate out in front of Jupiter with three pancakes stacked on top of eachother with butter and syrup already put on it. Jupiter took it with her one free hand analyzing it with her tired eyes.

"Oh- thank you , compliments to the chef." She smiled and Scarlett laughed and rolled her eyes playfully before turning around to the others who crowded around to grab their own.
Jupiter smiled at the fact scarlett made her a plate first before anyone else got the chance.

She then took her plate to the tall bar stools on the other side of the counter and set it down with her glass. She looked around and realized she didn't grab a fork.

"Did you plan on eating that with your hands?" Jupiter looked up at Charlotte who handed her a fork and sat down beside her.

"Thank you." She gave a weak tired smile and cut into her pancake taking a big bite. She spaced out as she quickly scarfed down most of them.

"Whoa slow your roll you might choke if ya keep that up" Max said as he sat down with willow at the other stool chairs. Jupiter rolled her eyes and locked eyes with him and shoving another bite in her mouth chewing it aggressively.

"Fuck off." Max chuckled at her harsh words.

"Gladly."

"Jupiter watch your language! Do you have to be so mean to him" Willow said instantly, defending max.
Jupiter wasn't a morning person in the slightest so her hot temper was ten times worse at this point. It seemed to Piss her off that the two were so close now. She was happy for her, sure , but willow had a tendency to choose boys over her friends sometimes.
