Heh. It's a little philosophical, but it should be easy to digest! :) Would love to hear if you have any reviews about future chapters taking a more philosophical tone. :P

The dusk was scenic. Fiery warm tones seemed to rise up like blazing fire from the ends of the earth, and as the cloak of night was approaching the horizon, it did feel assuring that inevitably they were all going to be wrapped up in its cooling and lulling breeze. It was an end to a fun weekend, and Ren felt a new found appreciation for her freedom, as she stood outside Ki-chan's house, waving her goodbyes to all.
The twins were walking back with her, while Suna-san was going somewhere else with Ginjima-san, as they had made plans earlier to hangout with each other. Hence, it was just her and the troublesome duo.
"So, where to Ren-chan?" asked Osamu, as they made their way to their neighbourhood. It was a good 20 minute distance, and conversation was all they had, to entertain themselves with.
"I was planning to go home and finish up my homework. How about you Osamu-san?"
"Just Osamu, Ren-chan. We've been very good friends this past week, have we not?"
She smiled. "Yes, we have."
"Well, I was going to play some games, before turning in for the night. I'm pretty much done with my work, so I've got nothing to do."
"We have our project remember, Ren-chan?" quipped Atsumu.
"True. We do have our English project which is due tomorrow."
"Would you like any help with your homework?" asked Osamu.
Help from the other twin. Sounds good, actually.
"That would be lovely. How about we freshen up and meet in an hour's time back at my place? My father will come late from work, and my mother is coming back from Tokyo at almost midnight. We will have the whole place to us."
"Fab! I'll be there."
She turned around to confirm the same with Atsumu, but saw him look up at the sky, pensively. This was the most relaxed and quiet she had ever seen him be, and though it was not disconcerting, it definitely made her a bit... uncomfortable. A quiet Atsumu was not her comfort zone.
"What you thinkin' of, 'Tsumu?" asked Osamu.
"Hmm? Oh. Nothing much. Just looking at how the night sky is merging into the warm tones of the dusk."
She looked up to see night blues and purples interlaced with brilliant reds and oranges, with smatterings stars barely gleaming out of the heavens since the sun was still up.
"Even though they are so different from each, literally as different as day and night, in this moment, they manage to stay in the heavens, at the same time, just fine," Atsumu added.
