Hades POV

I had just dismissed Hecate and I collapsed onto my throne feeling horrible. I hated this feeling. I couldn't even say the name with out cringing... guilt

Ugh. I hadn't felt like this since... since... Maria's death... And I couldn't even stand it then. So as a result I blamed my children, I mean, if they didn't exist she would still be alive... yeah, that makes sense. So I made Alecto take them overseas to a orphanage for a year or two, so I would have to see them, before letting them come back and putting them in that hotel so I could make Benjamin the child of the prophecy and anger Zeus further.

Until he got killed. Then the feeling came back. It was horrible, so I naturally blamed Nicole. If she had gone instead of Benjamin. If she had told him not to go, then he would still be alive. It all made sense in my head, I wasn't to blame for the deaths of my wife and son it was all that girls fault. Yeah... well, until today.

When I saw her like she was, starving, broken, when I saw the fear in her eyes when ever she looked at me... it hit me like a tsunami (and trust me I now what that feels like... I got into a little spatt with Poseidon, but that's not important) I felt horrible... but no it's fine. This will pass. It's her fault, she deserves this... Right?

Nikki's POV

The mist cleared and I found that I was now in a train station. And it was full of... people. Not just any people but really really weird people. Most of them had robes on, long robes and pointed hats. And there were so many colors. I groaned loudly. I hated colors. And more importantly, I hated people.

There was a giant train that said something on the side I tried to make it out but the letters kept moving, it said something like hocwat ettpess

"Stupid dyslexia." I whispered under my breath. My hands were clenched on a cart, that had a giant trunk in it and on top of that a cage with a stuffed black owl. Or at least that what I thought, until I tried to poke it and it bit my finger.

"Ow!" I muttered, shaking my hand as though it would make the pain go away. I still had the wand in my other hand and I glared at it. I didn't want this! I just wanted a normal life with my boyfriend! Is that too much to ask?! ... i could practically hear the fates yelling at me Of course, stupid! Your life has never been normal! And we ain't gonna change that now!

I was pulled out my thoughts by something ramming into my back. I didn't fall but it did hurt, I spun around my hand automatically going to my back pocket, where my sword was. (The Lou Ellen, counselor of the Hecate cabin enchanted for me so people wouldn't see a machine gun or something handing from my waist, courtesy of The Mist)

But it was just a guy, around my age with a metal cart. His hair was black and stuck to his forehead since he was drenched- I guess it was raining outside- he had stupid circle glasses and bright green eyes.

"Oh I'm so sorry! I didn't see you there! Are you alright?" he asked looking concerned. His voice was British so assumed I was now in Britain...yay.

"Great, just great." I said, my voice dripping with sarcasm- no I'm not a jerk I just don't like people, as I said, especially people who are blind and ram into other people who are having a horrible day with giant metal carts!  I turned away from him, signaling the end of our conversation but he didn't get the hint. He just pushed his cart next to mine, which had a white owl in it.

"Woah, you're american! That's cool. Hey, what's your name?" He asked, smiling. UGH! Leave me alone!

"Thalia Grace." I lied, I wasn't going to tell a stranger my identity, no way!

"Oh, hey Thalia!" He said. I nodded, not talking to him, hoping he would get the message.

"Harry!" Someone shouted, and I heard multiple footsteps come up behind us.

"You can't just run off like that! We were trying to get mum, Bill, and Charlie to tell us what their "secret" was and you just disappeared!" A different voice said. I turned around and saw a red-head talking to the boy who I assumed what Harry. There was a girl next to him, with bushy brown hair and buck teeth. I was glad these three looked normal, with jeans and regular t-shirts on. But then something clicked in my head. This boy's name was Harry?

"Wait... what did you say your name was?" I asked hoping I wasn't right. He looked embarrassed.

"Harry Potter." He mumbled. I groaned in my head. This was the kid I had to babysit? I already thought be was annoying. I sighed and turned away from them.

"What?! No 'OH MY GOSH IT'S HARRY POTTER!' or 'I'M YOUR BIGGEST FAN'?" The redhead questioned, astonished.

"Ron!" Harry scolded.

"What? Why in Had- I mean, why on earth would I say that?" I asked, honestly confused. Did everyone know he was supposed to kill Voldemort. The redhead- who Harry called Ron- was gaping at me, and the girl had her eyebrows raised, but Harry looked delighted.

"You really don't know! Yes! Oh wait, I guess you wouldn't with your accent... but, yes! Finally!" Harry exclaimed, I rose my eyebrows at him wondering if he had some brain damage or something.

"Excuse me?" But before he could answer the train whistle blew.

"We'll, tell her on the train come on! It's going to leave without us!" the girl cried, and started running to the stairs with her cart. The two boys followed her and I assumed I probably had to too. I groaned again and followed them.

They took their trunks out and dragged them into the train- harry had to hold his cage under his other arm- and I was about to as well, but then I thought of something. I scanned my new knowledge of spells and found one. I pointed the stick at my trunk-i already grabbed the cage- and concentrated on a spell Wingardium Leviosa in my mind, my hand then moved on it's own accord in a weird swishy movement. but then, surprisingly, the trunk shot up with ease. Huh, this magic stuff might actually be useful. I walked onto the steps and found all three kids staring at me, mouths open.

"How... you didn't have to say anything! You need to teach me how to do that!" The girl screeched her eyes wide in excitement. I just nodded. She smiled and we started walking down the train until we found an empty compartment.

I figured they wouldn't want me sitting with them so I started walking further but hen I heard the girl's voice again.

"Hey! What are you doing? Come on, sit with us!" She said and waved me over. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Ron shaking his head at her but she ignored him. I came in and sat on the seats opposite from where the other three were sitting, I saw Ron trying to scoot away from me. I just rolled my eyes and put my stuff away in the ledge above me.

I sat back down and saw all of them staring at me. The girl looked curious, Ron looked scared, and Harry looked happy. Than Ron kid seemed to be the smartest of all of them, or at least he had good instincts. I turned and looked out the window the train had started moving and was now out of the train station.

"So who are you? What part of america are you from? What type of witch are you? Muggle born? Pure-blood? Half? Do you have any siblings? What year are you in?Oh yeah! Where did you learn how to do wordless spells? Can you please please teach me?" The girl asked in one single breath.

I sighed knowing this was going to be a long trip.
