Hey people! Just so all the Harry Potter fans know we will be going into the Wizarding World in this chapter, I'm sorry I didn't go into it sooner I just got side tracked with all that other stuff but here it is!

Also, please feel free to leave feed back! Is it horrible? Is it okay-ish? Is it boring? I really want to know, so I can grow and improve! I'm going to be adding so different POVs just so y'all know.... Here's the story?

I didn't know why Hades was making i sound like a big deal. He always made me do jobs, collecting souls and such, but he made it sound like he was about to make me jump into Tartarus... wait... was he? NOPE! He couldn't make me ever go there again, never in a thousand years, nuh uh!

"Nicole!" Hades voice ripped me out of my thoughts. "We're you even listening to me?"

"No Lord Hades. Sorry Lord Hades." I mumbled quickly, looking at my shoes. He let out a loud exasperated sigh.

"I said, this is going to be kind of like your other jobs. You will be reaping a soul. But this is also a quest, for Hecate."  He explained, I nodded my head still not getting why it was such a big deal. I mean, Hades just said it was like my other jobs. "You know what... I'll make her explain!" Hades declared and Hecate appeared next to him.

Hecate looked... bad. She looked... broken. She looked... like a crazy cat lady. Her hair was grey with white streaks in it, and she looked exhausted and twitchy. What in Hades was going on?

"Ah! Oh, Hades... it's you." Hecate muttered, she was fumbling with her hands mumbling stuff.

"Hecate, you will explain to the girl what you wish for her to do to save your precious... mortals." Hades informed her. Now I was really confused. Hecate owned mortals?

"Oh yes." Hecate whispered, then sighed. She closed her eyes in concentration and scrunched up her nose, then took a deep breath and exhaled, and her appearance changed. (This is her description in House of Hades- not word for word but the same concept- this description does not belong to me, it belongs to Uncle Rick) Her hair stayed grey and white but it was now in a high Greek-styled ponytail. She had a sleeveless black gown that rippled around her, she was extremely pale and had mysterious, black eyes, but now they looked unnerved.

"Alright. So, young hero, I have a quest which I need you to fulfill, my life depends on it." Hecate announced. No pressure then. But wait...

"Lady Hecate, I am honored to be chosen for this quest but I have a question. Aren't you immortal? How does your life depend on it?" I asked, completely confused.

"Yes, I am immortal but I go by the same rules as all deities: I reflect the state of my realm." She explained, I nodded remembering that Percy said something like that once when he visited his father for the first time. "and right now my realm is on the brink of collapse because of one foolish mortal... Voldemort."

"I understand My Lady, but why me? Why not one of the seven if this is so important?" I asked, and out of the corner of my eye I saw my father turn back to the wall.

"Oh trust me I asked. I asked all the other Olympians but they said they didn't want to send their children on a 'suicide mission', or something like that." Hecate rolled her eyes.

"Ah... so I'm the only expendable demigod... that's nice." I muttered and Hecate looked a little embarrassed. "I am at your service Lady Hecate, as the one disposable demigod." I said sarcastically, I was surprised I wasn't incinerated yet, but both deities just looked uncomfortable and I sighed.

"Okay, okay, well, I have a couple questions. What is your 'realm'? Who is this Moldyvort? Why is this a 'suicide mission'? And what do I have to do?" I asked in one breath, Hecate smiled and looked happy to change the subject.

"My realm is a race of mortals that I blessed along with some of my children, they are called wizards, because they can perform magic with their wands. Voldemort is a stupid mortal, who is attempting to kill a large portion of my wizards and some normal mortals too. He is trying to gain immortality, which he kind of did. That's why it's a suicide mission because you are being sent to kill one of the most power wizards who has used horcruxes to make himself immortal. You are being sent to A. Destroy all 7 horcruxes that he has made, and B. Protect a child named Harry Potter because he is the one who as to kill Voldemort in the end. You are going to be going undercover in one of my Wizarding Schools in Britain, which is the Potter boy's school. You will work there to figure out where the horcruxes are, with the help of my son who is the head master of the school- Albus Dumbledore." She explained. There was a long silence after she stopped, in which I was processing what she said.

"Okay... so basically you gave a bunch of random mortals powers, which they preform with sticks. Now a super powerful one is trying to start a war within the race, he is nearly impossible to kill and I'm supposed to destroy a lot horcroooses all the while having to protect a child and stay undercover, living life of lies... anything else?" I asked warily.

"Well there is a plus! He doesn't have a body yet so that's something!" Hecate said optimistically. "Though he's probably going to gain one soon... But that doesn't matter, any questions?"

"Yes. What is a horror-crow? Can any of these mortals kill me with their sticks? And how long will I be undercover for?"

"Horcrux." Hecate corrected. "And their a form of dark magic that basically holds a piece of someone's soul. They can be anything at all but I will make it so you can sense them if you come near one. They're also nearly impossible to destroy but I believe with that Stygian Iron sword of yours who will be able to.

And no, I'm not foolish enough to give mortals extreme powers, in case they found out about our world and wanted to destroy us. But only you children of the elder gods wont be harmed, not any demigod. And perhaps a fully trained wizard might be able to use the unforgivable curses on you. Hmmm... Oh, I also believe that Voldemort can potentially harm you and any of my children but other than that, you're fine!

And for your last question, your undercover time could range any were from 1 to 10 years." She stated simply.

"WHAT?! 10 years?! But I don't want to go to school, especially with mortals, and 10 YEARS?! That's going too far! I can't-" I started, outraged.

"You can. And you will. Don't disappoint me child. You know anyone attempting immortality is in direct violation of me. So you will do as your told girl." Hades sneered. I opened my mind to argue but then my memory flashed back to that cell.

"Yes, Lord Hades. " I muttered, looking at the ground.

"Alright well, I am going to give you my blessing now. Your power will be stronger than most of my children and hopefully parallel to Voldemort's. Knowledge of every spell will be inserted into your brain so you maybe disorientated for a few minutes." Hecate said and placed a hand on my head. All of the sudden, my brain felt like it was being flooded, it was a horrible feeling, like the worst migraine of all time.

Hecate removed her hand and my knees buckled in pain. I fell on all fours and I was shaking. Power surged through my veins, it made me feel like all my limbs where on fire. The pain slowly ebbed and I was able to stand up again.

"That was... unpleasant..." I said, massaging my temples. "Alright, I'll go to camp to pack and say goodbye to Will, and i will return here once I'm done." I stated, but by the look on my father's face, I realized I should not have mentioned Will.

"No! You will go now! Hecate give her her things and transport her where she needs to go! Now!" Hades shouted. Hecate just rolled her eyes and walked over to me.

"It's for the best, today is the first day of the school so you will need to be at the train in about 10 minutes." She told me, and I sighed I would just have to IM him when I got there. "Here, this is your wand. It's core is a special combination of Thestral tail-hair and a Phoenix feather. It's extremely powerful so use it well. Goodbye young hero. And try not to die." And with those happy words Hecate shoved a stick into my hand, stepped back and pointed both torches at me. A mist then surrounded me and the world turned dark.

Please give feedback! I would greatly appreciated it if y'all give me criticism or tell me that it's maybe going semi-alright? I really want to know what i can improve on for the future! Thank y'all so much! Bye!
