eighteen ~ oh yeah i know

It's been 5 months of non-stop training and working hard to get me to be okay again. And I'm not okay. I will never fully be okay. But I am getting better. And mum is helping me and Calum too, but I mean, how much can they really help? 

"You're doing so good." Calum grinned, holding my hand as I tried to work my legs.

I huffed, retreating a little, "No I'm not."

"Yes, you're doing great." 

"Then why am I not walking again?"

Calum exasperated, sitting down on a chair near my exercise machine. He played with his fingers, looking at me sympathetically, "You know you won't be able to walk again."

"Well...I want to." I huffed, sitting down next to him.

"You're doing great anyway. I don't see what your problem is."

"You don't see what my problem is?! Calum, I can't walk. I want to walk so badly. This means I can't even have sex." 

Calum's head tilted a little, a smirk appearing on his face.

"What?" I laughed.

"We could always test stuff out..." He grinned.

"Um...yeah...about that...we should get advice first." I giggled, hitting his arm.

He grinned, laying his head on my shoulder. It seems like everything was getting better but nothing was really changing. I was still a crappy person.

"Do you think I'll ever be okay?" I murmured.

"You're okay now." Calum spoke.

"But I'm not beautiful." 

Calum choked, throwing his hands in the air, "Not beautiful? Alexa you're the prettiest girl I've ever met. And I don't know how, but you're frickin hot all the time as well. And you have beautiful eyes. I like your eyes. And who cares if you can't walk? It just gives me another reason to carry you and have you in my arms."

I blushed, hiding my face behind my hands, "Calum..."

"Alexa..." He said in a girly voice.

"You know I love you right?"

"Oh yeah, I know." He smirked.
