Hey, guys. So.. I know that you guys are enjoying the story so far, and I'm really glad that you all like it so much.. But, this is meant to be a short story, and this is the second to last chapter of the book. I know that fifteen chapters for a story isn't much at all, but I will write more stories that will have longer chapters, and more chapters, and just be a longer story in all. But for this being the first story I have written on Wattpad, I just want it to be a simple, short, story. Once again, thank you for all the comments and votes! It really means so much to me. Love you all! (: x

I woke up the next morning to a loud noise, and strong wind hitting me in the face. I must have fallen asleep near the opening of the hut last night.
I sat up quietly, scratching my head and rubbing my eyes. I looked up at Harry, who's lap I was still sitting in and saw that he had just woken up, too. I crossed my arms as I tried to keep warm and Harry wrapped his arms around me.
I guess the two of us had forgotten that something was going on outside, because we sat there for about five minutes until we realized that something very loud was outside of our hut.
"I think we should go check that out." I said to Harry.
"What?" He yelled.
"C'mon!" I yelled back in order for him to hear me.
I then stood up, making Harry take my hand so I wouldn't have to walk outside alone. When he finally took it, he stood up and lead me out of the hut.
Then, I felt my jaw drop to the ground.
Right there in front of me, was the answer to all of me and Harry's prayers. Right there in front of the two of us, was a giant transportation source. Right there in front of us, was a helicopter.
"Oh my.." I whispered.
"Harry? Daniella? Is that you!?" I heard a rough voice scream from somewhere behind us. I quickly turned around, startled that someone was actually here on this island with Harry and I. Somebody was actually here, which means someone actually found us.
"Yes!" I scramed. "Yes! It's us! It's Harry and Daniella! Where are you!?"
I started searching with my eyes in the woods, looking around everywhere from where I was standing. And then I saw a figure emerge from the woods, running up to the two of us.
"I can't believe we finally found you! Get in the copter, now!" He said, raising his voice so Harry and I could hear him.
The two of us followed directions, but grabbed the bags we had in the hut before getting inside. The man that had found us threw our bags in the machine before shutting the door as Harry and I jumped in and sat down. We quickly buckled our tiny seat-belts and looked at each other.
"Put these on," The man said, raising his voice once again. "They'll help you hear me a lot better, and they'll help you two communicate better."
Harry and I nodded, taking the headsets that he handed to us. I put mine on my head and Harry did the same. I put the little microphone by my mouth and so did Harry. But we didn't say anything. Neither of us really knew what to say.
We looked at each other awkwardly, but I saw a little smile creep across Harry's face. I then heard a noise come across the headset.
"Okay, I'm just gonna go through the basics right now," The man said, speaking into the microphone of his headset. "I was sent to look for the two of you, and anyone else who survived that plane crash. But seems how you guys were the only one's I saw on that island, I take it you're the only ones that survived, correct?"
I felt a sting go through my heart. He really should have worded that better.
"Correct." Harry said, his voice cracking as he tried to hold back some tears.
Thank you. I mouthed to him. He nodded and half-smiled before entertwining his fingers with mine.
"Alright, that's what I thought. And now, that's really all I need to know at the moment. But just to inform you, I'm bringing you both back home. You guys will no longer be stuck on that little island, and you'll be back home before you know it. I'm sorry if this ride gets a little bumpy.. It might be a little while before we're back home, too. Helicopters aren't very fast right now."
"Okay." Harry and I said together.
"Okay. I'm going to turn my headset off, so if the two of you want to talk or whatever without me listening, be my guest. Bye."
Silence.
I looked over at Harry, who started to say something. "We're going home."
I nodded my head. "We're going home."
I then felt myself smiling, bigger than I ever had before. I wasn't quite sure why, either. I mean, yes, I'm more than happy that we're getting off that island, and I'm more than happy that I get to go back home to my mother, but that's the only thing I was going back to.
Harry, though.. The smile on his face was bigger than anything I had ever seen before. The smile spread across his entire face, dimples and all. His eyes were glowing a bright green, and I could see a hint of tears forming inside them. His hair was a curly mess on top of his head, but he was still the same Harry that I knew. The same Harry that I have been stuck on an island with for over a month. The same Harry that I had fallen inlove with.. The same Harry that I will always be inlove with..
I felt him putting his arm around me, and I laid my head up against his chest. I smelt the faint smell of burning grass on his shirt. I put my arms around him as to give him a sort of awkward hug, but it was one of those perfect awkward hugs. The kinds you see people doing in movies, when they snuggle up close to each other while watching their favorite show on a couch or something.
I felt Harry kiss the top of my head, and I smiled to myself, looking down at our feet. Our old beat up converse were sitting right next to each other. Dried up sand was sticking to the sides of them, and the shoe-laces of both pairs were starting to tear at the ends.
I closed my eyes and imagined what it would be like to finally be at home with the people I love. Well, with one of the people I love. Two in this case, including Harry. I wonder how badly I had worried my mother, not being there for a whole month. I wonder how frantic she was when she had heard the news of the big crash.. These thoughts had never occured to me until now, when we were finally getting the chance to go back home.
I wonder how Harry's family took it. I wonder if Harry's family thinks he's long gone.. I wonder if they think he was one of the kids that would not be coming back. Surely they wouldn't think so now, I thought to myself.
I could hear the pilot saying things into his headset where he must have been talking to people back home. I heard him talking about how he found two of us, and gave them our names and what time we would be home.. Which would be about seven hours.
I looked up at Harry who had his head settled on top of mine, and realized that he had fallen asleep. I smiled faintly and shut my eyes once again, holding onto Harry a bit tighter than before. Not because I was afraid, but because we were going home.
After over a month of being stranded, we were finally going home.
