Hayes P.O.V.

Nash immediately starts yelling at me, "What did you do? What the hell is wrong with you?"

I tried to act like I had no idea what he was talking about, "What? I don't even know what you're saying right now."

"You know exactly what I'm talking about! Cameron just walked into my room, grabbed his stuff, and left. This is your fault! Things were going just fine until he came back upstairs from the kitchen!" Nash continues yelling.

Maybe Cameron didn't tell him we kissed again? I hope he didn't. "So, you don't know why he left?" I ask confused.

"No, but I'm assuming you do?"

"Um, No, I-I don't know. W-why would I know?" I say nervously.

"Oh. Stop acting Hayes and tell me the truth! Why did Cameron leave? What did you say to him?"

"Well, it wasn't something I said and it wasn't even something I did."

"Then why did he leave? What aren't you telling me, Hayes?"

"He-he..."

"He WHAT? Spit it out!"

"HE KISSED ME! Okay! He kissed me! Happy now?" I feel a huge relief just by getting that off my chest.

"I already knew that! It was a dare! No big deal. Why would that make him leave?" Nash asks still confused.

I didn't want to explain it again, but I had to for his sake.

"No. After the game! I was in the kitchen, getting a glass of water, and I turned around and he was standing right in front of me. Then he kissed me! I didn't even know what was going on!" I say in one breath.

"How am I supposed to believe you? How do I know that you're not lying?" Nash says sternly.

That hurt. I'm his fucking brother! That's why he should believe me! I've been by his side for 14 years! Why wouldn't he believe me? I had lost my cool.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" I scream, probably waking up everyone in the house.

"Keep it down and watch your mouth!" Nash says in a yell-whisper.

I head for the front door and walk out onto the porch. Nash follows close behind. We have an intense screaming match. Things are said. We cool off after about a half an hour of yelling at each other. We hug for a few seconds and then go to bed.

That's how things usually go with my brother and I. We get into fights, we let out our anger, we apologize, we hug, and we move on. It works well for us.

Things were left unresolved. We still don't know where Cameron is. I don't know if Cameron likes me. I don't know if Cameron's gay. I don't know if I like Cameron. I don't know if I'm gay. I don't know what Nash knows.

The next morning-

There's a knock on the door. I know who it is before I even look out the window. Cameron Dallas.
