Chapter 4: The Same Temple

After exploring East I went to see Pack's Landings which was located at North. 75% of the population was wealthy and 23-24% was above average. Hardly 1-2% were extremely poor and needed serious help. I guess they were in that condition because their misery might have not reached Alpha. I understand it would be a difficult task to look after everybody as an Alpha if you have 10000 werewolves as your pack members. It was huge!

Pack Landings was well built. I heard from a pack member that Alpha Eric's mother after an accident caused by a satan worshipper during her first pregnancy not only lost her 6 month old baby but also lost the ability to further give birth to any children. She was immersed in deep sorrow for so long that her mate Eric's father couldn't bare it anymore.

After 1 month they both decided to sit for meditation and pray to Goddess until she either gives them the boon to have children or else take their lives and end their pain. I am sure accident was caused by either BlackCurrent Pack or DareDevils Pack who were staunch supporters of my kind.

They were in meditation continously around 2months in their forest around the lake and were on the verge of death as their body gave up and were not even able to sit then. They landed on the ground but didn't open their eyes or stop chanting her name in their heart and mind.

Soon a light so bright appeared from nowhere and covered their entire pack territory. That day temple was shining like a real moon. So bright that people can't watch continously without blinding their vision. According to that pack member light was the form in which Moon Goddess appeared infront of Alpha Eric's parents and then she told in her angelic voice that she is very pleased with their strong devotion towards her and would love to give them a boon in return.

She healed them and made them as strong as they really were. Then they merrily stood up and thanked her. She asked them of what kind of boon they would want to have. They asked for two children. Goddess was quite for a while then she told them that it is not in their destiny to have children so why not ask for another boon instead. They were both so disappointed that they insisted her by asking her to take their lives as another boon.

She was quite for a while again and said that since you both can't give birth to any children as it is not in your destiny I will give you two children of another deity. With her power she summoned Goddess of Peace and told her to give twins to the couple. In return Goddess of Peace obliged and through her powers within a minute she created twins and gave them to the couple.

They merrily took twins. They were non-identitical twins. One was a girl and other was a boy. Since both of them appeared at a time none of them is elder or younger to other. Both Goddesses left soon but before going supreme Goddess told them if you are not given something then there is a good reason to protect you from the aftermath of it but if you take it forcefully then you're forced to go through the aftermath then...

Couple didn't understand the meaning of last words that Goddess told them back then. Infact till date nobody understood. People just put their own opinions as an answer. After that they named the baby girl as Sittandra and baby boy as Eric. Eric was over protective of his sister. He loved her immensely but didn't allow anybody to even come 10 Feets near her. He just allowed one person that was his best friend Alexander who turned out to be her mate later.

After hearing the history in North I decided to explore the West. Forest would be a perfect place for me to feed as well as explore right now. I went to West. As soon as I entered the forest a familiar scent hit me. But I wasn't able to recognize it. I moved deep inside of the forest it was beautiful. How about feed on a human here? Just then I heard the sound of waters. It maybe coming from the lake.
