Chapter 9: Meeting With The Trinity

The Trinity arrived at the FireFlame Pack directly. Alpha Eric welcomed them respectfully with his Luna Pearl. Eric was upset with Pearl's decision but he had always trusted her instincts. They never proved her wrong. So he didn't argue with her for long.

Alpha Eric early that morning already invited Luna Livana and Myra with their pack members to his palace. Livana accepted his request after getting Alpha Orton's letter of acceptance.

Soon after sometime on the same day Alpha Orton arrived with his Pack members, bodyguards and Nefretis. Beta Liam escorted them from there to here in the palace. They were also welcomed by Alpha Eric with Luna Pearl. When Alpha Orton arrived at palace he hugged his daughter to his chest and kissed his beautiful mate with love.

So everyone was there that day as planned. Big Feast was announced that night for all of them. Myra was blown away with the beauty of the palace. Luna Pearl guided Luna Livana and Myra to their rooms.

They both were very friendly to each other. When Pearl saw Myra she felt like her instincts trying to tell her something but she couldn't understand it. Everyone got ready in their best outfits for the Feast and the Feast started.

FireFlame served best of its food which only royal family had the privilege to eat. Everyone was stunned by FireFlame's richness. Everyone ate their fill. Then Alpha Alexander signaled at Alpha Eric and he invited The Trinity, Alpha Orton & Luna Livana to the office room.

Very heated discussion took place inside the office room. But only two people were in their calm mindset and they were Eric and Alexander. That irritated Orton to his core. He was jealous of their power, success and bond.

"According to the investigation and proofs one of the attackers was a Satan Worshipper. Hence, he wasn't from your Pack Alpha Eric but however the savior and the other attacker wasn't found. This looks a bit suspicious. What explanation do you have for it?" said the Spirit of Independence.

Three judges from The Trinity are given three positions based on their ranks.
1st Rank : Spirit of Justice.
2nd Rank : Spirit of Independence.
3rd Rank : Spirit of Morality.

"As per our departure records none of the guest departed from the FireFlame that day and night. Next day immediately departure was temporarily terminated for all our guests. So that a thorough investigation could be done. According to the the description Myra gave about the second attacker and the savior none was found. Maybe it is her hysteria. Besides she is also underage to be a witness." said Alpha Eric calmly.

At this Alpha Orton clenched his teeth but he knew that the attackers were not from his Pack so he didn't wanted to further pursue this topic but just try to get a heavy compensation to set an example for others.

"If only you would have spent more money in securing your borders rather than your shoes then my daughter wouldn't have been attacked that night!" Alpha Orton spat. Eric's face darkened at his statement but he tried to contain his anger.

"But we have enough money to cross the borders and destroy the Packs completely....but of course they will be the Packs of the culprits once they are found." said Alpha Alexander putting emphasis on certain words by looking straight in the eyes of Alpha Orton.

Everyone gulped at his powerful voice. He was the Alpha of the strongest Pack in the world. Nobody wanted enemity with him. It was an open challenge. More like if you want a fight then we will show you how to give one.

The Trinity realized the growing tension in the room and they asked for a break of refreshment drinks. So the break was taken. Servants came in and served the drinks.

Just then a messenger of Alpha Alexander entered the room with permission and gave him his message. He read the letter and his face became way too serious. He looked up and stared at Eric with unfathomable expression. Eric's body stiffened immediately. He knew that look of his. Luna Pearl knew it too. Color drained from her face.

"I have something important to say everyone..." he stated in his Alpha tone and tight jaw.

Everyone looked at him in submission to his immensely powerful wolf. Servants immediately went out and the doors were closed.

He said, "Yesterday morning an attack by 16 Satan Worshippers took place in the NewMoon Pack. Former Alpha fought bravely with them and killed 15 of them but only one escaped. He abducted Former Alpha. Each dead body had a similar mark on their hands like one found on the attackers here. Three similar attacks took place here in FireFlame past month and attack on Myra was the 4th one. This concludes pretty much everything. If it's a war that they want then it is what they will get! Once the culprit's Pack is found THERE WILL BE A WAR!"

Everyone gasped at everything he said. Pearl felt weak in her knees. She felt like she couldn't find any support from her legs to stand. She was now more worried for Phoebe. How can NewMoon Pack's security be invaded. This means they are not safe anywhere until it's all over!

But there was one relief in her heart that by the time attack took place there Simon wouldn't have reached the Pack's territory. Hence, it definitely happened before they reached. She was now more grateful to brave former Alpha for killing them all before they arrived there.

"This is a series of planned attacks on both of our packs. A thorough investigation will be carried out and the evil will be perished from the surface of this earth!" Eric stated in his Alpha tone.

The Trinity gasped at this. They were the last supporters of the wars. Immediately Spirit of Justice spoke, "Will you rage a war against entire Pack for the evil doings of some insolent leaders?"

"We will go to the war against those insolent creatures but their people will not be killed if they don't fight against us. They will be a subject to forced labor and obedience to the commandments of Moon Goddess so that they won't rebel. However, if they refuse forced labor then heavy taxes is what they have to pay!" Spoke Alpha Alexander bitterly.

Eric supported Pearl and his wolf tried to calm her avoiding its own worry and misery. He helped her to sit down.

"What if they don't want to go against you for a war?" asked Spirit Of Morality.

"Then they have to submit all the culprits who will be executed infront of their and our Packs. Then they have to follow all our demands!" Alpha Alexander spoke with unfathomable expression.

Spirit of Morality and Spirit of Justice nodded in agreement but Spirit of Independence however didn't agree so much. Regardless of that by majority FireFlame Pack was declared not guilty and The Ark Of Trinity was delivered to Alpha Orton and Alpha Eric next morning.

Next day, The Trinity went to the temple for their worshiping and sin offerings. Orton tried to hide his hatred for the sake of his daughter and asked Eric, "Eric, I and my family wish to stay here for a period of one week to worship Moon Goddess and give our sin offerings regularly."

"You can be our guest here and live in our palace for as long as you want Orton." replied Eric respectfully.

At this approval he got his first victory. Pleased with it he regularly went to the temple and sincerely gave his sin offerings with Livana and Myra. Alexander and Eric were surprised to see this because they knew about Alpha Orton being a Satan Worshipper.

They thought maybe he lost his faith in satan when they tried to attack his family for his wrong doings. However, he thought like this because nobody in the world knew of endanger to Phoebe's existence. All they knew was Eric had a daughter and her name was Rachel.

Eric lied about Phoebe's real name to everyone on Alexander's suggestion regarding her security. Last night after dinner Alexander immediately went to the sacred room of prayers. Eric and Pearl after the Feast went to meet him.

When Alex saw them he looked at her and said, "Pearl can you help me by inquiring of the Goddess regarding my father"

"Of course Alex. Let me consecrate myself. I will meet you around the dawn here." She stated and he nodded.
