SABRINA'S POV
After I finished cleaning Ziyraa's wounds, I sat next to her, praying she would be all right. I messed with her dark black hair, and curled it gently around my finger. Tears escaped my eyes, and I caressed her cheek like a mother would. I couldn't loose her too. I could never loose them both. Not like Jasmine, Ziyraa will not follow in her sisters tragic death.

I raced over tree roots, and through nearly bushes until I came upon Jasmine's tree. I shouted out, and Ziyraa and her mom slipped out through their secret window. Her mom instantly new something was wrong due to the depression, grief, and hatred that burned in my eyes.
"Is... Is she..de," her mom's voice cracked before whispering, "Dead?"
I nodded, and a new wave of tears crashed from my eyes. Ziyraa hugged me tight, and she cried with me. Her mom covered her eyes, before asking, "Can you lead us to her?"
I nodded, and we raced back to our special training site. The pools of blood were still there, but her body was gone. I raced over to where Selamine was killed. She was laying there, blood pooled and clotted around the damage. I lifted her cold scaly head, and stroked the top. I looked into her dull grey green eyes, and knew that she was gone forever. Just like Jasmine. I wiped away a perfect tear drop, and let it fall into her clouded eyes. When I looked again, there was a certain glint, and it was like she was alive again. Reborn, to stop my suffering.
I knew it wasn't true though. I kissed her sweet little head, and sat down, next to her damaged body. I gently picked it up, before standing up again.
I turned, and looked into Jasmine's moms grieving eyes.
She would never see her youngest child ever again. Her little angel.
Ziyraa was looking around for an injured or even dead little Falcon. She shook her head in despair, for he was nowhere to be found. I walked over, and grieved with them.
"No matter what Ziyraa, if you are ever injured... I will fight with my last breath to save you."

"Remember that Ziyraa. No matter what, if you are ever injured. I will fight with my last breath to save you." After I whispered that in her ear, I stood up and grabbed the apple William left for me.
I hungrily munched away********************
I threw the core away, and looked back to Ziyraa's battered body. Her face was bruised and swollen, she had a cut from her right shoulder down to her hip. Her last cut was on right above her knee, and it was probably going to make her have a limp. I wiped away my tears, and decided to look at her body again for any more hidden wounds.
I looked up and down her arms, and saw nothing wrong. After checking her whole body, I found a bump on the back of her head. I took another marigold leaf, and ripped it. Juices fell out, onto the wound. She was unconscious and couldn't feel the sting.
Her delicate body, and life is depending on me and William. I felt his rough hand, gently touch my shoulder. I took his hand into mine, and smiled meekly.
"Can I clean your wounds, some are pretty bad."
I looked at him, and gently nodded. He pulled me to my feet, and I steadied myself. He came back with five marigold leaves.
"I know you know this, but it might sting." He warned, as he studied my body for the most serious wounds. He found a scratch on my leg, probably from a rock, and applied the juiced. I winced in pain, but he kept working. After a moment, the sting went away. The adrenaline had left my body, and I could feel the pain of all my scratches, and fatigue gnawing away at my body.
William moved up and onto my face. Blood was dripping from the punch at my nose.
"Wipe away the blood, there is nothing else we can really do." He ordered to me, before touching a bruise on my cheek. "He hit you pretty hard." He whispered, and he inspected my shoulders, and found another bruise.
I wiped the blood away, and looked him in the eye. "We need to find shelter, fresh water, and some meat. Meat will help her heal faster."
William nodded, before pulling me into a hug. "Don't worry," he whispered, "we will save her.
I silently cried into his shoulder, and he squeezed me gently. I felt him wince when I touched his back. Something wet stuck to my hands, and I let go of him. On my fingers, blood was noticeable. "William, turn around." I ordered to him.
He obeyed, and I gasped. A large but shallow cut came across William's back, barely missing his spine. I ran my fingers over it, and he tensed up. I took the extra marigold out of his hands, and ripped the leaf in half.
I squeezed it healing juices onto the cut, and he tensed up again. "William, you need to relax your body for me." I felt his body relax and I got back to work. I went over to Mikalina's packs, and grabbed a water. I washed away the blood that was spread across his back. He sighed in relief, as I finished.
We hugged again, dropping everything in our hands. I didn't let go, thinking that if I let of, he would join Ziyraa. I defiantly couldn't loose them both. Not after we became so close.
