Leo has barely come over this week, he's been at the hospital with Athena and has only come home a couple of times to greet us and pick up some items.

After a couple of days, Athena felt comfortable to share some information with us. So, that's where I am headed today. To the hospital.

I slipped on a jumper and some sweats, my air force ones and a parade bag. Elijah asked me if I needed him to pick me up, but I told him I could drive on my own.

I decided to choose the Jeep today since I wasn't going anywhere on business. 

I asked the nurse at the front desk for Athena's room number and started to make my way upstairs.  I bump into Vanessa on the way.

"Hey," I say, walking beside her. 

"Hey, she replies, "are you ready for whatever Athena is about to say?" 

I shrug my shoulders, " I honestly don't know, I've been wondering about what happened for a while now. It was so out of the blue. One second everything's okay, and the next one of us is in the hospital."

She sighs, "honestly, who could have seen any of this coming. I just hope it's nothing too big, and they find out whoever did this to Athena get's caught."

We walk into Athena's hospital room to see her alone on her phone. She looks up and smiles at us, "hey, girls."

We return her greeting with one of our own. "Hey," we say in unison.

She sits up on her bed, and we lean in to hug her. "How are you feeling?" Vanessa asks.

"I'm feeling much better than before, all thank to your brother." Athena smiles up at me.

"Where is Leo, by the way?" Vanessa asks, looking around the room. His sweater was on the chair and he wasn't at home so he must be in the hospital. 

"Oh, he's just in the washroom."

I take a seat at the edge of hee bed while Vanessa sits on one of the two chairs by the door. 

"Have Elijah and Nico come?" I ask Athena. 

"Yeah, they came a couple of minutes before you guys and left to get some food from the cafeteria."

"Ohh, ok." 

"Hey guys," someone says hugging me from behind. I would normally flinch at this but I already know it's my brother so it's no big deal.

"Hey Leo," Vanessa greets.

"Okay, can we get this over with?" Athena sighs. Leo chuckles and pecks her forehead, "you know we have to wait for-"

"I'm here and I brought food." Nico barges into the room with Elijah by his side before Leo could finish his sentence. He held a bunch of chips and soda's in his arms.

"The vending machine is surprisingly expensive here." He dumps the snacks onto the chair beside Vanessa's. 

"Good thing you're rich," Leo says, diving into the pile of snacks and picking out the Doritos.

"Okay," Vanessa claps her hands, grabbing the attention from the room, "let's get this started."

We all get comfortable because who knows what was going to get thrown at us. I lay beside Athena on the bed and Leo stands beside her. Vanessa sits on the chair while Nico leans against it.

Elijah places himself in the middle of the room, standing there with his arms crossed over his chest.

Leo places a hand on Athena's shoulder and smiles down at her. "if you're too uncomfterble or don't want to continue, you don't have to."
