Muerte above! ^^^ sorry guys couldn't find another pic... wanna find one for me? ;)
(Muerte's POV) (unedited)
How are you, my dear, its been a long time since I've seen that beautiful face of yours," Celine said in an excited tone with her wide-open hands, silently asking the girl to hug her.
"Please cut the formalities, dear aunt, no person of high ranks is here anymore." she requested her aunt, while she hugged her back and feeling her loving gesture.
"Ah hah, you have grown up. And I thought you were of high rank?" She asked her mockingly.
"and I thought you were too?" she almost burst out in laughter with the tone of hers.
She sighed and giggled, untangled her self from her loving gesture, before continuing.
"Uncle had requested me to come here, um....... that was yesterday, but I have a good reason for my tardiness." She raised her hands in defense, dramatically.
I decided I needed to step in now, before its too late. I walked out of the room after hearing that small conversation of theirs, making room for my self.
"Mmhmm, and what might that be?" I asked in a hoarse voice. Sheesh, I sounded terrible. Oh wait, the old man does, not me.
She sniffed the room, suspiciously, trying to note who had spoken behind her, and finally, she turned around.
"Hello, Uncle. Long time no see," she replied with a smirk on her face.
"And Its been long enough to see that attitude of yours has changed, for the worse than before." I laughed at her comment on the tone she had used and acted as I knew her from her birth.
I felt off, like my conversation could be disturbed by someone, and looked around to find the annoying woman, Celine. No wonder.
I glared at her, motioning her to move, but she didn't get the message, so I forcibly had to speak up.
"Celine will you please excuse us while I explain the-" I asked, in a confused manner, not knowing what to say next.
"I get it, please do," she said quickly and hurried off reluctantly. Oh finally she understands, when not to poke her nose into a business she isn't supposed to be there.
She closed the door as she left, leaving the beautiful brunette in the room alone with me.
I knew I couldn't make any move, as I looked like her uncle, which would be probably inappropriate to do so.
And if she knew about the legacy, which I'm not so sure that she does, like why else would her uncle ask us to recite the legacy to her?
Yeahh, if she knew about the legacy, she would burn my hands off, which I don't want risk doing if I still wanted my hands.
I started off with a normal conversation to make her a bit comfortable since she senses something wrong.
The annoying woman whisked in some cocoa, thankfully helping my dry throat.
"Muerte," some guy told beside me.
I concentrated to check where the sound had come from, cause I knew it wasn't the girl and just then,
"I'm inside your head you old fool." the guy aroun- inside my head told.
"Takes one to know one," I said, feeling proud of my sarcasm, for an unknown person to peek inside my head.
