{Felicity's POV (unedited)}

I slid under my opponent, twisting his hand and ankle which kept him unable to move the other parts of his body, and remained in position waiting for him to strike in some way, or for him to submit to me.

"I GIVE UP!!!" he screamed. "LET ME GO!!!"

I let go of his hand and leg which were twisted in an odd shape, and they started healing immediately, but painfully. He yelped in pain, and I went over to him, mumbling a sorry, while I healed his hands.

The golden gleam that usually occurred when I heal others or my self, disappeared which meant he was good.

The moment I let go of him, he slumped down on the floor huffing.

"I can't believe you went to the extent of twisting my beloved joints and hinges!!!"  he screamed.

"Well, what do you expect?" I asked him. "When someone enters our territory wanting to attack us, you expect me to give them cotton candy and flowers?"

"That would have been nice..... why weren't wars based on that fact?"

"Aiden, don't you get the difference between seriousness and sarcasm?"

"Well, no?" he said, not sure about the answer.

I just panted and sighed, hitting my face with my hands to show this guy was useless.

"Ugh, help me get up, mademoiselle."  he pleaded.

I just walked away from the place, laughing at his state, while he looked at me in shock.

I kept walking, keeping alert for his footsteps behind me but it never came.

I started walking back into the clearing, where we were training, but he wasn't there except some blood that was spilt on the grass, probably when he thought it was a good idea to cut my hand to slower my movements.

I looked back at my hand which revealed a huge claw mark, but I wasn't bothered to heal that too.

I turned around, and heard rustling from the bushes and then the sound which sliced through air, and I knew it was an arrow, from experience.

Thanks to my quick reflexes due to the powers gifted to me, I moved my upper part of my body backwards, with my heels fixed on the ground, and the arrow sped past me and hit the tree.

I looked around to see where this arrow came from.

Aiden popped out of the bushes with a defeated smirk while I glared at him.

"Looking forward to kill me?" I asked him.

"I knew you would catch it so don't make a huge fuss."

I gaped at him in shock. "What if it hit me you moron?!"

"Again, I told you, you would catch it. Your wolf is always alert."

I sighed and thought to my self. Of course she keeps her guard to everyone. She hasn't still warmed up to everyone, so she keeps her distance.

"Hey." I linked Hestia.

"Hey."

"What happened?"

"Why do you ask?" she asked me.

"You seem off."

"Nothing."

"Nothing means something."
